Claims (16)
- 流体吐出装置であって、
吐出口(10)を有する吐出ヘッド(1)と、
前記流体吐出装置の作動中に空気流を生成するための送気装置(20)と、
1回分の流体が収容された容器(30)と
を備え、
前記容器(30)は、
軸方向近位端および軸方向遠位端を有し、
前記吐出ヘッド(1)に着脱可能に装着されることにより、前記流体吐出装置の作動後に前記流体吐出装置から空の容器を取り外して新たな満杯の容器への交換が可能であり、
前記送気装置(20)がその待機位置に戻るよう構成されることにより、前記新たな満杯の容器を用いた前記流体吐出装置の新たな作動が可能であり、
前記吐出ヘッド(1)は、
前記容器(30)の前記軸方向近位端を穿孔するよう構成される近位穿孔チップ(11)を含み、
前記流体吐出装置はさらに、
前記吐出ヘッド(1)の周囲で装填位置および作動位置の間を軸方向に摺動するよう配置された可動穿孔部材(40)を備え、
前記可動穿孔部材(40)は、
前記作動位置に移動すると前記容器(30)の前記軸方向遠位端を穿孔するよう構成される遠位穿孔チップ(41)を含む
ことを特徴とする流体吐出装置。 - 前記容器(30)は対称である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体吐出装置。 - 前記容器(30)はカプセルである
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の流体吐出装置。 - 前記近位穿孔チップおよび遠位穿孔チップ(11,41)は、中空であり、それぞれ軸方向開口(111,411)を1つ以上有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の流体吐出装置。 - 前記遠位穿孔チップ(41)が、前記容器(30)に、前記送気装置(20)と接続される空気入口(31)を形成し、前記近位穿孔チップ(11)が、前記容器(30)に、前記吐出口(10)と接続される流体出口(32)を形成することにより、
前記作動中に、前記送気装置(20)に生成された空気流は、前記空気入口(31)を介して前記容器(30)に流入して、前記流体を前記容器(30)から前記流体出口(32)を介して前記吐出口(10)に向けて押し出す
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の流体吐出装置。 - 前記容器(30)が前記吐出ヘッド(1)に挿入される間に、前記容器(30)の前記軸方向近位端は前記近位穿孔チップ(11)により穿孔される
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の流体吐出装置。 - 前記吐出ヘッド(1)は、
前記近位穿孔チップ(11)に近接する位置に側面窓(4)を含み、
前記容器(30)は、前記側面窓(4)を介して前記吐出ヘッド(1)に挿入される
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の流体吐出装置。 - 前記吐出ヘッド(1)は、
前記側面窓(4)に対向する位置に、弾性ブレードのような移動または変形が可能な部分(3)を含むことにより、
空になった前記容器を前記側面窓(4)から前記吐出ヘッド(1)の外に押し出す
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の流体吐出装置。 - 前記送気装置(20)は、
空気室(22)の内部を待機位置および吐出位置の間で摺動するピストン(21)と、
前記作動中に前記空気室(22)内の空気を圧縮する送出部材(51,51´)と、
前記ピストン(21)を前記待機位置に向けて弾性的に付勢する戻しバネ(23)と
を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の流体吐出装置。 - 前記ピストン(21)が前記待機位置において前記空気室(22)と非気密状態で協働することにより、前記空気室(22)は大気に連通する
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の流体吐出装置。 - 前記送気装置(20)の前記送出部材は、
前記空気室(22)内の空気圧が所定の閾値に到達すると、閉鎖位置から開放位置に移動するバルブ(51)を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の流体吐出装置。 - 前記バルブ(51)は、
溝穴が設けられたダイヤフラムを含み、
前記ダイヤフラムは、
前記閉鎖位置では気密状態で閉鎖され、
前記空気圧が前記閾値に到達すると、前記溝穴が開放されるように変形する
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の流体吐出装置。 - 前記ダイヤフラムは、
前記閉鎖位置では前記空気室(22)に向かって凸状であり、
前記空気圧が前記閾値に到達すると、前記溝穴が開放されるように変形する
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の流体吐出装置。 - 前記送気装置(20)の前記送出部材は、
前記ピストン(21)が前記空気室(22)内で所定の作動ストロークに到達すると、閉鎖位置から開放位置に移動するボール(51´)を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の流体吐出装置。 - 前記ピストン(21)が前記作動ストロークの所定部分まで進むと、
前記ピストン(21)に固定された中央ロッド(27)が、前記ボール(51´)をその閉鎖位置から機械的に押し出す
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の流体吐出装置。 - 前記可動穿孔部材(40)は、前記作動位置から前記装填位置に戻るときに、前記ボール(51´)を前記閉鎖位置に戻す
ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の流体吐出装置。
