Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの3Dプリンタ(12)、特にFFF 3Dプリンタ(12)のための流体供給システム(10)であって、
加圧流体フロー(16)を生成するための少なくとも1つの流体加圧生成デバイス(14)と、
前記流体フロー(16)を加熱するための少なくとも1つの流体加熱デバイス(18)と
を備え、
前記3Dプリンタ(12)は、前記3Dプリンタ(12)の周囲に対して少なくとも1つの造形チャンバハウジング(22)によって区切られ且つ流体気密の形態で封止された少なくとも1つの造形チャンバ(20)を有し、
前記流体加圧生成デバイス(14)、前記流体加熱デバイス(18)及び前記造形チャンバハウジング(22)は、流体接続されており、それによって前記流体フロー(16)は、前記造形チャンバ(20)を通じて流動可能であり、
前記流体加圧生成デバイス(14)、前記流体加熱デバイス(18)及び前記造形チャンバハウジング(22)によって、前記流体フロー(16)に対して閉鎖された流体回路(24)が形成され、流体フローは、前記造形チャンバ(20)に進入する前に前記流体加熱デバイス(18)によって加熱される、前記流体供給システム(10)。 - 動作状態における前記流体供給システム(10)は、前記流体フロー(16)が実質的に層流フローの形態で前記造形チャンバ(20)を通じて流動可能となるように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体供給システム(10)。
- 前記3Dプリンタ(12)が、多軸及び/又は多次元の、特に三次元の形態で前記造形チャンバ(20)内を移動可能である少なくとも1つの印刷ヘッド(26)と、前記流体フロー(16)の前記層流フローによって囲まれた少なくとも1つの造形プラットフォーム(28)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体供給システム(10)。
- 前記流体供給システム(10)は、前記造形チャンバハウジング(22)の上流に配置され、少なくとも1つのフローアライメントユニット(32)が配置された、少なくとも1つの造形チャンバ入口エリア(30)を備えることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の流体供給システム(10)。
- 前記フローアライメントユニット(32)が、少なくとも部分的に前記流体フロー(16)の層流アライメントに対して、フロー誘導構造体(34)、特にフロー誘導体(36)を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の流体供給システム(10)。
- 前記流体供給システム(10)は、前記流体加圧生成デバイス(14)、前記流体加熱デバイス(18)及び前記造形チャンバハウジング(22)に流体接続している少なくとも1つの流体滅菌及び/又は流体フィルタリングデバイス(38)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の流体供給システム(10)。
- 前記流体フロー(16)が、特に、約20℃〜約400℃、好適には約30℃〜約350℃、特に好適には約50℃〜約300℃の範囲の温度を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体供給システム(10)。
- 前記流体フロー(16)が、前記造形チャンバ(20)内で、特に、約0.05m/s〜約5m/s、好適には約0.1m/s〜約5m/s、特に好適には約0.2m/s〜約3m/sの範囲の速度、特に平均速度を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体供給システム(10)。
- 前記流体滅菌及び/若しくは流体フィルタリングデバイス(38)、前記流体加圧生成デバイス(14)、前記流体加熱デバイス(18)並びに/又は前記造形チャンバハウジング(22)が、約300℃の最大温度に至るまでの耐熱性を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の流体供給システム(10)。
- 前記流体加圧生成デバイス(14)が、ターボコンプレッサ(40)、特にラジアルコンプレッサ(40)、又はベンチレータなどのフローマシンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体供給システム(10)。
- 少なくとも1つの減圧デバイス(42)が、前記フローマシン(40)の下流に配置されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の流体供給システム(10)。
- 前記減圧デバイス(42)、前記流体滅菌及び/若しくはフィルタリングデバイス(38)、前記流体加熱デバイス(18)並びに/又は前記フローアライメントユニット(32)が、少なくとも50Paの前記流体フローの少なくとも減圧を生成可能であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の流体供給システム(10)。
- 前記流体供給システム(10)が、前記3Dプリンタ(12)の動作をモニタリングするために設けられ、前記フローアライメントユニット(32)と前記造形チャンバハウジング(22)の少なくとも1つの進入開口部との間の前記造形チャンバ入口エリア(30)に配置された、粒子測定デバイス(44)を備えることを特徴とする請求項4〜12のいずれかに記載の流体供給システム(10)。
- 前記流体フロー(16)が、気体、特に空気である流体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の流体供給システム(10)。
- 前記流体供給システム(10)は、前記3Dプリンタ(12)が充填中に動作しない状態で、前記流体供給システム(10)が空気以外の少なくとも1つのプロセスガスで充填可能であることによって、少なくとも1つの気体接続を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の流体供給システム(10)。
