特に明記しない限り、本明細書および特許請求の範囲全体を通して、ポリマーに言及するときの分子量という用語は、ポリマーの数平均分子量(Mn)を指す。数平均分子量Mnは、末端基分析(DIN EN ISO 4629に準拠したOH数、EN ISO 11909に準拠した遊離NCO含有量)に基づいて計算するか、THFを溶離液として使用するDIN 55672に準拠したゲル浸透クロマトグラフィーによって決定できる。特に明記しない限り、与えられた分子量はすべてゲル浸透クロマトグラフィーによって決定される。

Claims (20)
- ポリイソシアネート、少なくとも1つのポリエーテルポリオールポリマー、アクリルポリマー、無機充填剤および式1または式2:
式1は、
H−[O(CH2)mOOC(CH2)nCO]k−O(CH2)m−OH
(式中、mおよびnはそれぞれ偶数であり、m+n=8であり、mおよびnは、2、4または6からそれぞれ独立して選択され、kは、9〜55の整数であり、式1のポリオールは、約2,000〜約11,000の数平均分子量を有する。)であり、
式2は、
HO−[(CH2)5COO]p−R1−[OOC(CH2)5]q−OH
(式中、R1は開始剤であり、pは、0〜96の整数であり、qは、0〜96の整数であり、p+q=16〜96であり、ポリオールは、約2,000〜約11,000の数平均分子量を有する。)である構造を有するポリエステルジオールを含む混合物の生成物である水分反応性ホットメルト接着剤組成物。 - R1が、1,4’−ブタンジアオール、1,6’−ヘキサンジオール、エチレングリコールおよびそれらの組み合わせから選択されるグリコール開始剤の残基である、請求項1に記載の水分反応性ホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- ポリエステルポリオールが、2,000〜10,000の数平均分子量を有し、全接着剤重量に基づいて10〜35重量%の量で存在する、請求項1または2に記載の水分反応性ホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- ポリエーテルポリオールポリマーが、1,500〜6,000の数平均分子量を有し、全接着剤重量に基づいて15〜40重量%の量で存在する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の水分反応性ホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- ポリエーテルポリオールポリマーが、少なくとも1つのポリプロピレングリコールを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の水分反応性ホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- アクリルポリマーが、30,000〜80,000の重量平均分子量を有し、全接着剤重量に基づいて10〜40重量%の量で存在する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の水分反応性ホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- アクリルポリマーが、35〜85℃のガラス転移温度および8未満のヒドロキシル価を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の水分反応性ホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- ポリイソシアネートが、全接着剤重量に基づいて、5〜40重量%の量で存在する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の水分反応性ホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- ポリイソシアネートが、4,4’−メチレンビスフェニルジイソシアネートを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の水分反応性ホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- 無機充填剤が、全接着剤重量に基づいて、約10〜50重量%の量で存在する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の水分反応性ホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- 無機充填剤が、炭酸カルシウムを含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の水分反応性ホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- 追加の充填剤、可塑剤、触媒、着色剤、レオロジー調整剤、難燃剤、UV顔料、ナノファイバー、消泡剤、粘着付与剤、硬化触媒、酸化防止剤、接着促進剤、安定剤、チキソトロープ剤およびそれらの混合物から選択される添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の水分反応性ホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- 全組成物重量に基づいて、0.02〜0.5重量%の2,2’−ジモルホリノジエチルエーテルをさらに含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の水分反応性ホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- 組成物が、6〜10分のオープンタイムを有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の水分反応性ホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- 組成物が、基材への塗布後30分以内に120ポンド/平方インチ(psi)を超える生強度を示す、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の水分反応性ホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の水分反応性ホットメルト接着剤組成物を含む製品。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のホットメルト接着剤を溶融形態で第1の基板に塗布し、次に第2の基板を第1の基板上の接着剤と接触させ、接着剤を冷却および不可逆な固体の形に硬化させることを含む、2つの基板を結合する方法。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物の硬化反応生成物。
- 少なくとも607psiの降伏強度および少なくとも1415psiの引張強度のうちの少なくとも1つを有する、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物の硬化反応生成物。
- 90℃で少なくとも2.59E+06の貯蔵弾性率を有する、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物の硬化反応生成物。
