Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1つの切り抜きを備えたCMC部品の製造するための方法において、前記方法は、
繊維強化材(10)を提供するステップ(E1)と、
前記繊維強化材(10)の一部分に空洞(18)を形成するステップ(E2')と、
少なくともセラミック粉末と溶媒とを具備する、スリップを注入するステップ(E3)であって、前記スリップが、前記繊維強化材(10')に含浸して更に前記繊維強化材(10')の前記空洞(18)を満たすように注入されるステップと、
得られたアセンブリを乾燥するステップ(E4)と、
液体高密度化材料の浸透及び前記液体高密度化材料の固化による高密度化(E6)を実行するステップ(E6)と、
前記繊維強化材(10)の前記空洞(18)に対応する容積内の得られたブランク(30)に少なくとも1つの切り抜き(66)を機械加工するステップ(E7)と、を具備することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記繊維強化材(10)は、3D織り(E1)により製作される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スリップを注入するステップ(E3)の間に、前記空洞(118)が形成された、前記繊維強化材(110')の部分(119)の表面に設けられた容積を更に満たすように前記スリップが注入される、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記ブランク(30)に機械加工された前記切り抜き(66)が、1mm未満の幅を有する溝である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ブランク(30)に機械加工された前記切り抜き(66)が、その幅の少なくとも3倍より大きい深さを有する溝である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ブランク(30)に機械加工された前記切り抜き(66)の内壁の単純平均粗さRaは、5μm未満、好適には2μm未満である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記機械加工するステップ(E7)が、フライス加工、研削、及び/又は放電加工により実行される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 切り抜き(66)のない最終部品(61)の少なくとも1つの面(63p)に保護被覆を沈着するステップを更に具備しており、
前記切り抜き(66)が機械加工された前記最終部品(61)の面(63i)には保護被覆がない、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法を使用して得られた、少なくとも1つの切り抜きを備える、ことを特徴とするCMC部品。
- 少なくとも2つのリングセクター(61)を具備するリング(60)を具備する、タービンであって、各々が、その接線方向の端面(63i)の各々において溝(66)と、2つの連続したリングセクター(61)の前記溝(66)に係合するシールタブ(62)と、を備えており、
前記リングセクター(61)の少なくとも1つは、請求項9に記載のCMC部品である、ことを特徴とするタービン。 - 少なくとも、請求項9に記載のCMC部品(61)又は請求項10に記載のタービンを具備する、ことを特徴とするターボ機械。
