- 集束超音波手技中に患者の標的領域からのキャビテーション信号を検出するためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
超音波トランスデューサと、
複数の解剖学的領域の生理学的特性を取得するための撮像デバイスであって、前記キャビテーション信号は、前記標的領域から前記複数の解剖学的領域を通って進行する、撮像デバイスと、
コントローラであって、前記コントローラは、
少なくとも部分的に前記複数の解剖学的領域の前記生理学的特性に基づいて、前記解剖学的領域のうちの少なくとも1つを選択することと、
前記選択された解剖学的領域を対応する皮膚領域にマッピングすることと
を行うように構成されている、コントローラと、
前記対応する皮膚領域に取り付けられた少なくとも1つのキャビテーション検出デバイスと
を備えている、システム。 - 前記コントローラは、ビーム経路に沿った前記解剖学的領域の前記生理学的特性に基づいて、前記標的領域から前記解剖学的領域の各々を通って進行するキャビテーション信号の前記ビーム経路およびビーム収差を予測するようにさらに構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記ビーム経路に沿った前記生理学的特性に基づいて、前記解剖学的領域の各々に関連付けられた伝送効率を予測するようにさらに構成されている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記生理学的特性は、前記解剖学的領域の各々に関連付けられた構造、厚さ、層の数、局所骨密度、表面幾何学形状、または前記ビーム経路の入射角のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記解剖学的領域に関連付けられた前記伝送効率に基づいて、前記解剖学的領域のうちの少なくとも1つを選択するようにさらに構成されている、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記標的領域からの前記予測された信号経路を前記対応する皮膚領域上に投影することによって、前記少なくとも1つの選択された解剖学的領域の各々を前記対応する皮膚領域にマッピングするようにさらに構成されている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記撮像デバイスの座標を前記患者が位置している部屋における空間座標と互いに関係付けるようにさらに構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも3つの場所トラッカのリアルタイム画像を取得するための二次撮像デバイスをさらに備えている、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記二次撮像デバイスにおける座標を前記撮像デバイスにおける座標に位置合わせするようにさらに構成されている、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記場所トラッカは、3つの基準に取り付けられ、前記場所トラッカまたは前記基準のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記撮像デバイスによって検出可能である、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、前記標的領域または対応する皮膚領域のうちの少なくとも1つの生理学的特性を取得するための二次撮像デバイスをさらに備え、前記コントローラは、前記二次撮像デバイスにおける座標を前記撮像デバイスにおける座標に位置合わせするようにさらに構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記対応する皮膚領域を表示するためのディスプレイハードウェアをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、少なくとも部分的に前記キャビテーション検出デバイスによって受信された前記キャビテーション信号に基づいて、前記超音波トランスデューサを動作させるようにさらに構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。

コントローラであって、前記コントローラは、
少なくとも部分的に前記解剖学的領域の前記生理学的特性に基づいて、前記解剖学的領域の各々に関連付けられた伝送効率を算出することと、
前記解剖学的領域に関連付けられた前記算出された伝送効率を示す前記解剖学的領域のマップを生成することと
を行うように構成されている、コントローラと、
前記生成されたマップに基づいて前記解剖学的領域のうちの少なくとも1つに取り付けられた少なくとも1つのキャビテーション検出デバイスと
を備えている、システム。 - 前記コントローラは、ビーム経路に沿った前記解剖学的領域の前記生理学的特性に基づいて、前記標的領域から前記解剖学的領域の各々を通って進行するキャビテーション信号の前記ビーム経路およびビーム収差を予測するようにさらに構成されている、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記ビーム経路に沿った前記生理学的特性に基づいて、前記伝送効率を予測するようにさらに構成されている、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記生理学的特性は、前記解剖学的領域の各々に関連付けられた構造、厚さ、層の数、局所骨密度、表面幾何学形状、または前記ビーム経路の入射角のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記標的領域からの前記予測された信号経路を対応する皮膚領域上に投影することによって、前記少なくとも1つの選択された解剖学的領域の各々を前記対応する皮膚領域にマッピングするようにさらに構成されている、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、前記標的領域または対応する皮膚領域のうちの少なくとも1つの生理学的特性を取得するための二次撮像デバイスをさらに備え、前記コントローラは、前記二次撮像デバイスにおける座標を前記撮像デバイスにおける座標に位置合わせするようにさらに構成されている、請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記撮像デバイスの座標を前記患者が位置している部屋における空間座標と互いに関係付けるようにさらに構成されている、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも3つの場所トラッカのリアルタイム画像を取得するための二次撮像デバイスをさらに備えている、請求項20に記載のシステム。

(d)前記マッピングに基づいて、前記対応する皮膚領域上に前記少なくとも1つのキャビテーション検出デバイスを設置することと
