- 前記生体適合性の結合剤がPANである、請求項7に記載の器具。
- 前記ピンが、前記ピンと一体であるSPMEのための材質を備える、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記ピンが、3Dプリントされた、請求項1又は9のどちらか1つに記載の器具。
- 前記ピンが、生体試料の分析物を測定するように適合されており、前記生体試料は、血液、血漿、尿、唾液、組織、及び食料品から成るグループから選択される、請求項1,5,9のいずれか1つに記載の器具。
- 前記ピンと前記ウェルが従来のマルチウェルプラットフォームとの適合性を有する、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記従来のマルチウェルプラットフォームが、96−ウェルプラットフォーム、384−ウェルプラットフォーム、及び1534−ウェルプラットフォームから成るグループから選択される、請求項12に記載の器具。
- 前記器具が自動リキッドハンドリングシステムと接続するように適合されている、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記自動リキッドハンドリングシステムが質量分析計とのインターフェースを含む、請求項14に記載の器具。
- 前記質量分析計がイオン源を含む、請求項15に記載の器具。
- 前記イオン源が、エレクトロスプレー、DESI、及びDARTから成るグループから選択される、請求項16に記載の器具。
- 複数の試料それぞれから1つ以上の分析物を同時に抽出するためのマルチピンデバイスであって、
頂部表面と底部表面を有するプレートを備え、前記底部表面が複数のピンを備え、各ピンが低部表面と一体で、おおよそ垂直に底部表面と反対側の末端に向かって外向きに突き出ており、前記ピンはSPMEに適した表面を有し、
前記ピンは、従来のマルチウェルプラットフォームの複数のウェルに嵌合するように構成され、SPMEに適した前記表面が、ウェルプレートの1つ以上のウェルに配置させられている試料に接触できる、
ことを特徴とするマルチピンデバイス。 - SPMEに適した前記表面がコーティングを備え、前記コーティングは複数の機能性シリカ球と結合剤とを備える、請求項18に記載のマルチピンデバイス。
- 前記結合剤が生体適合性の結合剤である、請求項19に記載のマルチピンデバイス。
- 前記従来のマルチウェルプラットフォームが、96−ウェルプレート、384−ウェルプレート、及び1534−ウェルプレートから選択される、請求項18に記載のマルチピンデバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の器具を提供するステップと、
遊離型の分析物を含む複数の試料を、前記下部プラットフォームの前記ウェルに加えるステップと、
前記上部プラットフォームと前記下部プラットフォームを組み合わせ、前記上部プラットフォームの複数のピンを、前記試料に接するように前記下部プラットフォームの前記ウェルの前記試料に配置するステップと、
遊離型の分析物が抽出されるのに十分な時間、前記ピンを前記試料に接したままにするステップと、
を備える、複数の試料から遊離型の分析物を同時に抽出する方法。 - 請求項1に記載の器具を提供し、前記器具は自動リキッドハンドリングシステムと連結し、前記自動リキッドハンドリングシステムは質量分析計と連結し、
分析物を含む複数の試料を前記下部プラットオームの前記ウェルに加え、
前記上部プラットフォームと前記下部プラットフォームを組み合わせ、前記上部プラットフォームの複数のピンが、前記試料に接するように前記下部プラットフォームの前記ウェルの前記試料に配置され、
遊離型の分析物を抽出するのに十分な時間、前記ピンを前記試料と接したままにし、
前記試料の前記遊離型の分析物を特定するために、前記抽出された遊離型の分析物を前記質量分析計に取り込む、
ことを特徴とする、複数の試料の遊離型の分析物及び全分析物を測定する方法。 - 請求項18に記載のマルチピンデバイスとマルチウェルプラットフォームであって、前記マルチピンデバイスの前記ピンが、前記マルチウェルプラットフォームの前記ウェルに対して相補な形状である前記マルチピンデバイスと前記マルチウェルプラットフォームとを提供するステップと、
遊離型の分析物を含む複数の試料を前記マルチウェルプラットフォームの前記ウェルに加えるステップと、
前記ピンが前記試料に接するように、前記マルチピンデバイスの前記ピンをマルチウェルプラットフォームの前記ウェルに配置するステップと、
前記遊離型の分析物が抽出されるのに十分な時間、前記ピンを前記試料に接したままにするステップと、
を備える、複数の試料から遊離型の分析物を同時に抽出する方法。 - 請求項18に記載のマルチピンデバイスを提供し、前記マルチピンデバイスは自動リキッドハンドリングシステムと連結され、前記自動リキッドハンドリングシステムは質量分析計と連結され、
前記マルチピンデバイスの前記ピンと同様の形状であるウェルを有するマルチウェルプラットフォームを提供し、前記マルチウェルプラットフォームは自動リキッドハンドリングシステムと連結され、
分析物を含む複数の試料を前記マルチウェルプラットフォームの前記ウェルに加え、
前記マルチピンデバイスの前記ピンを前記マルチウェルプラットフォームの前記ウェルに配置し、前記ピンが前記試料に接するように、前記上部プラットフォームの複数のピンが前記マルチウェルプラットフォームの前記ウェルの前記試料に配置され、
遊離型の分析物を抽出するのに十分な時間、前記ピンを前記試料に接したままにし、
前記試料中の前記遊離型の分析物を特定するために、前記抽出された遊離型の分析物を
質量分析計に取り込む、
ことを特徴とする、複数の試料の遊離型の分析物及び全分析物を測定する方法。
