Abstract
Description
少なくとも1種の物質が、皮膚に対する固定手段と担体の複数のマイクロニードルとを含むマイクロニードルアレイによって送達され、
該マイクロニードルおよび/または担体にはpH指示薬が含まれる
前記方法に関する。
マイクロニードルにより送達されるニトラジンイエロー(pH指示薬)の使用。送達の奏功後に、ブルーの着色がおよそ10秒後に肉眼で視認可能であった。pH6.5〜7である角質層のpH値と比較して、皮膚表面上のpH値はpH4〜5.5と異なることから、穿刺について区別評価が可能となる。
a)ブルーの着色は、送達の奏功、すなわちマイクロニードルの角質層中への穿刺を示唆する;
b)皮膚が不変のまま留まる、またはわずかに黄色がかった色調を帯びるのは、すなわちマイクロニードルの角質層中への穿刺の不奏功である。
a)ブルーの着色は、送達の奏功、すなわちマイクロニードルの角質層中への穿刺を示唆する;TMBH2(無色)からTMB(ブルー)への色の変化は、指示薬の上記反応に基づく
b)皮膚が不変のまま留まるのは、マイクロニードルの角質層中への穿刺の不奏功、およびそれに対応する指示薬物質の反応が存在しないことを意味する。
Claims (16)
- 担体に複数のマイクロニードルを含む、皮内送達を伴う使用のためのマイクロニードルアレイであって、
マイクロニードルは、少なくとも1種の変色指示薬を含むことを特徴とする
前記マイクロニードルアレイ。 - 色の変化または色のシフトは、角質層への十分な穿刺深さを示唆する、請求項1に記載の使用のためのマイクロニードルアレイ。
- マイクロニードルは、少なくとも1種のポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の使用のためのマイクロニードルアレイ。
- マイクロニードルは、少なくとも1種の活性成分、特に医療用医薬品を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の使用のためのマイクロニードルアレイ。
- 変色指示薬は、ニトラジンイエロー、ブロモチモールブルー、カルミン酸、ブラジリン、コンゴレッド、ニュートラルレッド、フェノールフタレイン、フェノールレッド、テトラブロモフェノールフタレイン、またはその混合物からなる群から特に選択される、少なくとも1種のpH指示薬であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の使用のためのマイクロニードルアレイ。
- 変色指示薬は、少なくとも1種の生理学的に許容されるpH指示薬、特にニトラジンイエローまたはブロモチモールブルーであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の使用のためのマイクロニードルアレイ。
- 変色指示薬は、クロモイオノフォアまたはフルオロイオノフォアから選択される化合物であり、化合物は、クロモフォアおよびフルオロフォアから選択される少なくとも1つの分子と共有結合した少なくとも1つのイオノフォアから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロニードルアレイ。
- クロモフォアまたはフルオロフォアは、中性、酸性、または塩基性のニトロ化されたベンゼン染料、中性、酸性、または塩基性のアゾ染料、キノン染料、特に中性、酸性、または塩基性のアントラキノン染料、アジン染料、中性、酸性、または塩基性のメチンおよびアゾメチンのようなメチン染料、トリアリールメタン染料、インドアミン(indoamine)染料、カロテノイド、テルペノイド、フラボノイド、ポルフィリン、フルオレセイン、ローダミン、およびクマリンのような天然の染料、ならびにその直接染料から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の使用のためのマイクロニードルアレイ。
- 変色指示薬は、インク、特にバイオセンシングインクであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロニードルアレイ。
- 変色指示薬は、特にベンジジン、特に3,3’,5,5’−テトラメチルベンジジン、またはフタラジン、特に5−アミノ−2,3−ジヒドロフタラジン−1,4−ジオンによって、表皮の一部を形成しない内因性の酵素、特にペルオキシダーゼを検出することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロニードルアレイ。
- 変色指示薬は、マイクロニードルの先端に含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の使用のためのマイクロニードルアレイ。
- パターン、特に「プラス、十文字、星型、円形」のようなパターン、またはその他の任意の幾何学的な図形が、皮膚上に肉眼で視認可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の使用のためのマイクロニードルアレイ。
- 生分解性ポリマー、生体適合性ポリマーまたは水溶性ポリマー、特に乳酸および/またはグリコール酸のようなα−ヒドロキシ酸のポリマー、ポリラクチド、ポリグリコリド、ポリ(ラクチド−co−グリコリド)、およびポリエチレングリコール、ポリアンヒドリド、ポリ(オルト)エステル、ポリウレタン、ポリ酪酸、ポリ吉草酸とのコポリマー、およびポリ(ラクチド−co−カプロラクトン)、ポリビニルピロリドン(PVP)、グリカン、グリコサミノグリカン、およびヒアルロナンからなるマイクロニードルが使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の使用のためのマイクロニードルアレイ。
- 固定手段、特に接着性のストリップまたはパッチを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の使用のためのマイクロニードルアレイ。
- 物質、特に活性成分を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の使用のためのマイクロニードルアレイ。
- マイクロニードルシステムに収容されており、ならびに少なくとも1つのリザーバおよび/またはアプリケータを含む、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の使用のためのマイクロニードルアレイ。
