Abstract
Description
a.水溶性単位用量物品を準備する工程であって、水溶性単位用量物品は、水溶性フィルムと洗濯洗剤組成物とを含み、洗濯洗剤組成物は、非石鹸アニオン性界面活性剤と、カチオン性多糖ポリマーと、洗濯洗剤組成物の10重量%未満の脂肪酸、中和脂肪酸石鹸、又はこれらの混合物と、を含む、水溶性単位用量物品を準備する工程と、
b.水溶性単位用量物品を十分な量の水と接触させて洗濯洗剤組成物を300〜3000倍に希釈して主洗浄液を生成し、洗濯される布地を洗浄液と接触させる工程と、
c.洗浄される布地を主洗浄液中で洗浄し、続いて布地及び上記の主洗浄液を互いに分離する工程と、
d.布地柔軟化組成物を提供する工程であって、布地柔軟化組成物は、第四級アンモニウム化合物、アミン、脂肪酸エステル、ショ糖エステル、シリコーン、分散性ポリオレフィン、多糖類、脂肪酸、柔軟化油、ポリマーラテックス、柔軟化粘土、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される柔軟化活性物質を含み、好ましくは、布地柔軟化活性物質は、第四級アンモニウム化合物、及びこれらの混合物、より好ましくはエステルクワットからなる群から選択され、最も好ましくは、布地柔軟化活性物質は、ジエステルクワット、より好ましくはジエチルエステルジメチルアンモニウムクロリドからなる群から選択される、布地柔軟化組成物を提供する工程と、
e.布地柔軟化組成物を十分な量の水と接触させて、布地柔軟化組成物を300〜3000倍に希釈してすすぎ液を生成し、工程cからの布地をすすぎ液と接触させる工程と、
f.布地をすすぎ液中ですすぎ、続いて布地及び上記のすすぎ液を互いに分離する工程と、
g.布地を乾燥させる工程と、を含む、方法である。
本発明は、布地を洗濯する方法を開示する。
a.水溶性単位用量物品を準備する工程。
水溶性単位用量物品は、水溶性フィルムと洗濯洗剤組成物とを含む。洗濯洗剤組成物と水溶性フィルムとは、下記でより詳細に説明される。
本発明のフィルムは、水溶性又は水分散性である。好ましくは、水溶性フィルムの厚さは、20μm〜150μm、好ましくは35μm〜125μm、更により好ましくは50μm〜110μm、最も好ましくは約76μmである。
予め秤量した3Lのビーカーに、5グラム±0.1グラムのフィルム材料を添加し、2L±5mLの蒸留水を添加する。これを、600rpmに設定した磁気攪拌器(Lablineモデル番号1250又は等価物)及び5cmの磁気攪拌子によって、30℃で30分間激しく攪拌する。続いて、混合物を、上記で定義した孔径(最大20μm)の湾曲した定性分析用焼結ガラスフィルタにより濾過する。任意の従来の方法によって、回収した濾液から水を乾燥させ、残った材料の重量を求める(これが溶解画分又は分散画分である)。続いて、溶解度又は分散性の百分率を計算することができる。
洗濯洗剤組成物は、液体、粉末、又はこれらの混合物、好ましくは液体洗濯洗剤組成物である。
好ましくは、柔軟化組成物は、柔軟化組成物の2重量%〜25重量%、好ましくは4重量%〜20重量%、より好ましくは5重量%〜15重量%、最も好ましくは5重量%〜13%重量%の柔軟化活性物質を含む。
当業者は、当該技術分野において公知の方法を使用して、本発明の水溶性単位用量物品、洗濯洗剤組成物、及び布地柔軟化組成物を製造する方法を認識するであろう。
**ポリエチレングリコール主鎖(Pluriol E6000)と疎水性ビニルアセテート側鎖とを含むポリエチレングリコールグラフトポリマーであって、ポリエチレングリコール主鎖ポリマーのポリマー系40重量%と、グラフト化ビニルアセテート側鎖のポリマー系60重量%とを含む、ポリエチレングリコールグラフトポリマー
洗浄プロセス:
高負荷サイクルのトップローディング式Kenmore 600L洗濯機内で、10片の綿100%テリータオル(サイズ:30cm×30cm)を、10片の綿50%/ポリエステル50%編みスワッチ(サイズ:30cm×30cm−K7422)及び綿80%/ポリエステル20%バラストロードと共に、上記の表で示した配合物25.7gを加えて洗浄した(洗浄中の布地の総重量:2.7kg)(32℃、洗浄時間:12分、8gpgの水64リットル)。上記で表に示した布地強化剤組成物25.5gの存在(比較例C−実施例A)/不在(比較例A及びB)下で、布地を最終的に3分間すすぎ洗いし(20℃、洗浄時間:3分、8gpgの水64リットル)、回転乾燥した。
綿100%のテリータオルトレーサを、一定温度(23℃)及び湿度(相対湿度55%)を有する室内で少なくとも5時間平衡化した。布地対布地動摩擦係数を、2.5kgのロードセル及び25mmのクロスヘッド高さを有するThwing−Albert Friction Peel Testerを使用して、同じ室内で測定した。第1の布地片を器具の試料ステージ上に置き、第2の同じ布地片(11.43cm×6.35cm)を、ロードセルに取り付けられた200gのクランプスレッドに取り付け、第1の布地片の表面上に配置した。摩擦剥離試験機は、(クランプスレッド上の)第2の布地片を、20cm/分の速度で20秒間、(試料ステージ上の)第1の布地片の上を移動させるようにプログラムされている。布地が互いの上を移動すると、ソフトウェアは、クランプスレッド上の布地によって受け摩擦力を記録する。テリータオルトレーサは、布目(grain)に対して測定するために、器具上に配置される。
洗浄試験後に布地から抽出したDEEDMACジエステルクアット材料の濃度を、複数反応モニタリング(MRM)を用いて、親水性相互作用液体クロマトグラフィー/タンデム質量分析(HILIC/MS/MS)分析により分析した。
以下の表は、布地上に付着したジエステルクアット(DEEDMAC)柔軟化活性物質の実際の量、及び布地上で測定されて得られた摩擦係数を示す。本発明によるカチオン性ヒドロキシエチルセルロースを主洗浄液製品に配合すると、すすぎ中のジエステルクアット柔軟化活性物質(DEEDMAC)の付着が強化され、したがって、柔軟化性能が改善される(摩擦係数−KCoFの低下)ことについて明らかに分かり得る。
Claims (15)
- 布地を洗濯する方法であって、
a.水溶性単位用量物品を準備する工程であって、前記水溶性単位用量物品は、水溶性フィルムと洗濯洗剤組成物とを含み、前記洗濯洗剤組成物は、非石鹸アニオン性界面活性剤と、カチオン性多糖ポリマーと、前記洗濯洗剤組成物の10重量%未満の脂肪酸、中和脂肪酸石鹸、又はこれらの混合物と、を含む、水溶性単位用量物品を準備する工程と、
b.前記水溶性単位用量物品を十分な量の水と接触させて前記洗濯洗剤組成物を300〜3000倍に希釈して主洗浄液を生成し、洗濯される布地を前記洗浄液と接触させる工程と、
c.前記洗浄される布地を前記主洗浄液中で洗浄し、続いて前記布地及び前記主洗浄液を互いに分離する工程と、
d.布地柔軟化組成物を提供する工程であって、前記布地柔軟化組成物は、第四級アンモニウム化合物、アミン、脂肪酸エステル、ショ糖エステル、シリコーン、分散性ポリオレフィン、多糖類、脂肪酸、柔軟化油、ポリマーラテックス、柔軟化粘土、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される柔軟化活性物質を含み、好ましくは、前記布地柔軟化活性物質は、第四級アンモニウム化合物、及びこれらの混合物、より好ましくはエステルクワットからなる群から選択され、最も好ましくは、前記布地柔軟化活性物質は、ジエステルクワット、より好ましくはジエチルエステルジメチルアンモニウムクロリドからなる群から選択される、布地柔軟化組成物を提供する工程と、
e.前記布地柔軟化組成物を十分な量の水と接触させて、前記布地柔軟化組成物を300〜3000倍に希釈してすすぎ液を生成し、工程cからの前記布地を前記すすぎ液と接触させる工程と、
f.前記布地を前記すすぎ液中ですすぎ洗いし、続いて前記布地及び前記すすぎ液を互いに分離する工程と、
g.前記布地を乾燥させる工程と、を含む、方法。 - 前記洗浄液及び前記すすぎ液は、独立して、1L〜64L、好ましくは2L〜32L、より好ましくは3L〜20Lの水を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記主洗浄液は、5℃〜90℃、好ましくは10℃〜60℃、より好ましくは12℃〜45℃、最も好ましくは15℃〜40℃の温度である、請求項1又は2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記主洗浄液中での前記布地の洗浄は、完了までに5分〜50分、好ましくは5分〜40分、より好ましくは5分〜30分、更により好ましくは5分〜20分、最も好ましくは6分〜18分かかる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記すすぎ液は、5℃〜30℃、好ましくは5℃〜25℃、より好ましくは5℃〜20℃、最も好ましくは5℃〜15℃の温度である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記すすぎ液中での前記布地のすすぎ洗いは、完了までに1分〜30分、好ましくは2分〜25分、より好ましくは3分〜20分、最も好ましくは5分〜15分かかる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記主洗浄液及び前記すすぎ液は、独立して1kg〜20kg、好ましくは3kg〜15kg、最も好ましくは5〜10kgの布地を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記洗濯洗剤組成物は、前記洗濯洗剤組成物の0.05重量%〜10重量%、好ましくは0.1重量%〜5重量%、より好ましくは0.2重量%〜3重量%、最も好ましくは0.25重量%〜1重量%の前記カチオン性多糖ポリマーを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記カチオン性多糖ポリマーは、カチオン変性ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、カチオン変性ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、カチオン疎水変性ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、カチオン疎水変性ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、又はこれらの混合物から選択され、より好ましくは、カチオン変性ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、カチオン疎水変性ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、又はこれらの混合物から選択され、好ましくは、前記カチオン性多糖類は微粒子の形態であり、好ましくは、前記微粒子のカチオン性多糖類は、300μm未満、より好ましくは200μm未満、更により好ましくは150μm未満の平均D90直径を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記非石鹸アニオン性界面活性剤は、直鎖状アルキルベンゼンスルホネート、アルコキシル化アルキルサルフェート、又はこれらの混合物、より好ましくはこれらの混合物を含み、直鎖状アルキルベンゼンスルホネートとアルコキシル化アルキルサルフェートとの比、好ましくは直鎖状アルキルベンゼンスルホネートとエトキシル化アルキルサルフェートとの比は、1:2〜20:1、好ましくは1.1:1〜15:1、より好ましくは1.2:1〜10:1、更により好ましくは1.3:1〜5:1、最も好ましくは1.4:1〜3:1である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記洗濯洗剤組成物は、前記洗濯洗剤組成物の最大50重量%、好ましくは5重量%〜50重量%、より好ましくは7.5重量%〜45重量%、更により好ましくは10重量%〜40重量%の前記非石鹸アニオン性界面活性剤を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記洗濯洗剤組成物は、前記洗濯洗剤組成物の8重量%未満、より好ましくは5重量%未満、最も好ましくは1重量%〜5重量%の脂肪酸、中和脂肪酸石鹸、又はこれらの混合物を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記洗濯洗剤組成物は、前記液体洗濯洗剤組成物の0重量%〜9.5重量%、好ましくは0.01重量%〜9重量%、より好ましくは0.1重量%〜7重量%、更により好ましくは1重量%〜5重量%、最も好ましくは1重量%〜3重量%の脂肪族アルコールエトキシレートノニオン性界面活性剤を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記柔軟化組成物は、前記柔軟化組成物の2重量%〜25重量%、好ましくは4重量%〜20重量%、より好ましくは5重量%〜15重量%、最も好ましくは5重量%〜13%重量%の前記柔軟化活性物質を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記布地は、天然材料、合成材料、又はこれらの混合物を含み、好ましくは、前記布地は、綿、ポリエステル、綿/ポリエステル混紡、又はこれらの混合物から選択され、好ましくは綿である、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
