Abstract
Description
基本的に、熱交換器100の故障、維持補修が必要な場合など、熱交換器100を使用することができない場合にバイパスラインL3を利用することになる。一例として、多段圧縮機200で圧縮した蒸発ガスの一部または全部を主エンジンに送る場合、熱交換器100の使用ができなくなると、主エンジンで使用されなかった余剰蒸発ガスの再液化は放棄し、貯蔵タンクTから排出された蒸発ガスをバイパスラインL3に沿って熱交換器100を迂回させて多段圧縮機200に直接供給した後、多段圧縮機200で圧縮した蒸発ガスを主エンジンに供給し、余剰蒸発ガスはガス燃焼装置に送って燃焼する。
熱交換器100の維持補修のためにバイパスラインL3を利用する例は、熱交換器100の流路が凝縮または凝固した潤滑油によって塞がったとき、バイパスラインL3を使用して凝縮または凝固した潤滑油を除去することが挙げられる。
また、船舶のバラスト状態など、余剰蒸発ガスがほとんどなくて蒸発ガスを再液化する必要がない場合には、貯蔵タンクTから排出された蒸発ガスを全てバイパスラインL3に送り、蒸発ガスが熱交換器100を迂回して直ちに多段圧縮機200に送られるようにする。多段圧縮機200で圧縮した蒸発ガスは主エンジンの燃料として使用される。余剰蒸発ガスがほとんどなく、蒸発ガスを再液化する必要がないと判断される場合には、第3遮断バルブ630が自動的に開放するように制御することができる。
蒸発ガスを再液化しなかった後に蒸発ガスの量が増加して蒸発ガスを再液化する場合にもバイパスラインL3を使用することができる。
また、バイパスラインL3は貯蔵タンクTの内部圧力が低い場合、多段圧縮機200に要求される吸入圧力の条件を満たすために利用できる。
また、貯蔵タンクTの内部圧力を低い範囲まで制御する場合、貯蔵タンクTの圧力を下げても多段圧縮機200の吸入圧力の条件を満たすためにバイパスラインL3を使用することができる。
Claims (44)
- 蒸発ガスを圧縮する多段圧縮機;
前記多段圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスを、前記多段圧縮機で圧縮する前の蒸発ガスを冷媒として使用し熱交換して冷却する熱交換器;
前記熱交換器の下流に設置され、前記熱交換器で冷却した流体を減圧する減圧装置;および
蒸発ガスを前記熱交換器から迂回させて前記多段圧縮機に供給するバイパスライン;を備えることを特徴とする船舶用蒸発ガス再液化システム。 - 前記熱交換器の使用が不可能な場合;または
蒸発ガスを再液化する必要がない場合;のいずれか1つ以上の場合に、蒸発ガスを前記バイパスラインに沿って前記熱交換器を迂回させて前記多段圧縮機に供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化システム。 - 前記多段圧縮機は給油式シリンダーを1つ以上備え、
前記熱交換器の流路が凝縮または凝固した潤滑油によって一部または全部が塞がったときに、蒸発ガスを前記バイパスラインに沿って前記熱交換器を迂回させて前記多段圧縮機に供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化システム。 - 貯蔵タンクから排出される蒸発ガスを前記熱交換器で冷媒として使用し、
前記多段圧縮機に供給される蒸発ガスの圧力が、前記多段圧縮機が必要とする吸入圧力の条件を満たさない場合;または
前記貯蔵タンクの内部圧力を低い範囲まで制御する場合;のいずれか1つ以上の場合に、蒸発ガスの一部または全部を前記バイパスラインに沿って前記熱交換器をバイパスさせ、前記多段圧縮機が必要とする吸入圧力の条件を満たすようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化システム。 - 蒸発ガスを圧縮する多段圧縮機;
前記多段圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスを、前記多段圧縮機で圧縮する前の蒸発ガスを冷媒として使用し熱交換して冷却する熱交換器;
前記熱交換器の下流に設置され、前記熱交換器で冷却した流体を減圧する減圧装置;および
蒸発ガスを前記熱交換器から迂回させて前記多段圧縮機に供給するバイパスライン;を備え、
蒸発ガス再液化の始動または再起動時に蒸発ガスをバイパスラインにより前記熱交換器を迂回させて前記多段圧縮機に供給することを特徴とする船舶用蒸発ガス再液化システム。 - 前記多段圧縮機で圧縮して温度が上昇した蒸発ガスを前記熱交換器の高温流路に供給することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化システム。
- 前記多段圧縮機で圧縮して温度が上昇した蒸発ガスを前記熱交換器の高温流路に供給する過程を所定時間持続させて、前記熱交換器の内部の残留物または不純物を除去することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化システム。
- 前記所定時間は2分〜5分であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化システム。
- 前記多段圧縮機は、給油式シリンダーを1つ以上備え、
前記残留物には、以前の蒸発ガス再液化時に前記多段圧縮機で圧縮した後に前記熱交換器に送った蒸発ガス;および前記多段圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスに混入した潤滑油が含まれることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化システム。 - 前記潤滑油は前記熱交換器の内部で凝縮または凝固した状態であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化システム。
- 前記所定時間に、蒸発ガスが、前記バイパスライン、前記多段圧縮機、前記熱交換器の高温流路、および前記減圧装置を循環することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化システム。
- 前記所定時間が経過した後、前記熱交換器の低温流路に前記熱交換器で冷媒として使用する蒸発ガスを供給して、蒸発ガスを再液化することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化システム。
- 前記多段圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスの一部は主エンジンに供給されることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1つに記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化システム。
- 前記多段圧縮機は蒸発ガスを150〜350barで圧縮することを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1つに記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化システム。
- 前記多段圧縮機は蒸発ガスを80〜250barで圧縮することを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1つに記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化システム。
- 前記熱交換器はマイクロチャンネル型の流路を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1つに記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化システム。
- 前記熱交換器はPCHEであることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化システム。
- 1)蒸発ガスを多段圧縮機で圧縮するステップ;
2)前記多段圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスを、前記多段圧縮機で圧縮する前の蒸発ガスを冷媒として使用し熱交換器で熱交換して冷却するステップ;および
3)前記の熱交換器で冷却した流体を減圧装置で減圧するステップ;を備え、
蒸発ガスをバイパスラインにより前記熱交換器を迂回させて前記多段圧縮機に供給することを特徴とする船舶用蒸発ガス再液化方法。 - 前記熱交換器の使用が不可能な場合、または
蒸発ガスを再液化する必要がない場合;のいずれか1つ以上の場合に、蒸発ガスを前記バイパスラインに沿って前記熱交換器を迂回させて前記多段圧縮機に供給することを特徴とする請求項18に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化方法。 - 前記多段圧縮機は給油式シリンダーを1つ以上備え、
前記熱交換器の流路が凝縮または凝固した潤滑油によって一部または全部が塞がったときに、蒸発ガスを前記バイパスラインに沿って前記熱交換器を迂回させて前記多段圧縮機に供給することを特徴とする請求項18に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化方法。 - 前記熱交換器の性能が正常の60〜80%以下になったとき、凝縮または凝固した潤滑油の除去時点と判断することを特徴とする請求項20に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化方法。
- 前記熱交換器の低温流路の上流と高温流路の下流の温度差(以下、低温流れの温度差という。);
前記熱交換器の低温流路の下流と高温流路の上流の温度差(以下、高温流れの温度差という。);または
高温流路の上流と下流の圧力差(以下、高温流路の圧力差という。);のいずれか1つ以上によって、前記凝縮または凝固した潤滑油の除去時点を判断することを特徴とする請求項21に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化方法。 - 前記低温流れの温度差と高温流れの温度差のうちのいずれかでより小さな値が第1設定値以上の状態で所定時間以上持続するか、または高温流路の圧力差が、通常の場合よりも、第2設定値以上の状態で所定時間以上持続するとき、前記凝縮または凝固した潤滑油の除去時点と判断することを特徴とする請求項22に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化方法。
- 前記熱交換器が正常化するまで、蒸発ガスが、前記バイパスライン、前記多段圧縮機、前記熱交換器の高温流路、および前記減圧装置を循環することを特徴とする請求項20に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化方法。
- 前記熱交換器の高温流路の温度が、前記多段圧縮機で圧縮した後に前記熱交換器の高温流路に送る蒸発ガスの温度だけ高くなったと判断するまで循環過程を続けることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化方法。
- 凝縮または凝固した潤滑油を除去しながらエンジンを駆動することを特徴とする請求項20に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化方法。
- 貯蔵タンクから排出される蒸発ガスを前記熱交換器で冷媒として使用し、
前記多段圧縮機に供給する蒸発ガスの圧力が、前記多段圧縮機が必要とする吸入圧力の条件を満たさない場合;または
前記貯蔵タンクの内部圧力を低い範囲まで制御する場合;のいずれか1つ以上の場合に、蒸発ガスの一部または全部を前記バイパスラインに沿って前記熱交換器をバイパスさせて、前記多段圧縮機が必要とする吸入圧力の条件を満たすようにすることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化方法。 - 前記多段圧縮機は蒸発ガスを150〜350barで圧縮することを特徴とする請求項18から27のいずれか1つに記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化方法。
- 前記多段圧縮機は蒸発ガスを80〜250barで圧縮することを特徴とする請求項18から27のいずれか1つに記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化方法。
- 前記熱交換器はマイクロチャンネル型の流路を備えることを特徴とする請求項18から27のいずれか1つに記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化方法。
- 前記熱交換器はPCHEであることを特徴とする請求項30に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化方法。
- 蒸発ガスを多段圧縮機で圧縮するステップ;前記多段圧縮機で圧縮した蒸発ガスを、前記多段圧縮機で圧縮する前の蒸発ガスを冷媒として使用して熱交換器で熱交換して冷却するステップ;および前記熱交換器で冷却した流体を減圧装置で減圧するステップ;を備える蒸発ガス再液化システムにおける蒸発ガス再液化の始動または再起動を行う起動方法において、
蒸発ガス再液化の始動または再起動時に蒸発ガスをバイパスラインにより前記熱交換器から迂回させて前記多段圧縮機に供給することを特徴とする船舶用蒸発ガス再液化システムの起動方法。 - 前記多段圧縮機で圧縮して温度が上昇した蒸発ガスを前記熱交換器の高温流路に供給することを特徴とする請求項32に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化システムの起動方法。
- 前記多段圧縮機で圧縮して温度が上昇した蒸発ガスを前記熱交換器の高温流路に供給する過程を所定時間持続させて、前記熱交換器の内部の残留物または不純物を除去することを特徴とする請求項33に記載の船舶用蒸発ガス再液化システムの起動方法。
