- 一方の端部を閉じたマイクロキャピラリの束を含む、マルチキャピラリのガス貯蔵システムであって、前記マイクロキャピラリは金属プラグで封止され、前記マイクロキャピラリ間の空間はポリマー材料で充填され、前記マイクロキャピラリ自体は円筒形状で、閉端部において一定の断面を有し、開端部に近づくと、前記マイクロキャピラリが可撓性となって可撓性ガスパイプラインを形成する値まで、断面が減少することを特徴とする、マルチキャピラリのガス貯蔵システム。
- 一方の端部を閉じたマイクロキャピラリの束を含む、マルチキャピラリのガス貯蔵システムであって、前記マイクロキャピラリは金属プラグで封止され、前記マイクロキャピラリは共通の面を伴う六角多面体の形状で作られ、その一方で最も中心から離れた外れたマイクロキャピラリのビームについて、前記ビームの外側に面した前記マイクロキャピラリの部分は円筒形であり、前記キャピラリは閉端部の近くにおいて一定の断面を有し、開端部に近づくと、マイクロキャピラリが可撓性となって可撓性ガスパイプラインを形成する値まで、断面が減少することを特徴とする、マルチキャピラリのガス貯蔵システム。
- 前記マイクロキャピラリは、ガラス、石英、または玄武岩で作られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマルチキャピラリ構造。
- 前記マイクロキャピラリは、ガラス、石英、または玄武岩で作られることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のマルチキャピラリ構造。
- 低い融点及び前記マイクロキャピラリの材料への高い接着性を有する金属合金が、前記金属プラグの材料として選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマルチキャピラリ構造。
- 低い融点を有する金属合金が、前記マイクロキャピラリの材料に対して高い接着性を伴う、前記金属プラグの材料として選択されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のマルチキャピラリ構造。
- インジウム−錫の合金が前記プラグの材料として選択されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のマルチキャピラリ構造。
- インジウム−錫の合金が前記プラグの材料として選択されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のマルチキャピラリ構造。
- チューブの長さLは次の式から定められ、

- エポキシ樹脂またはエポキシ接着剤がポリマー材料として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマルチキャピラリ構造。
