図2は、シャム処置細胞と、同時刻に連続した4日間において1時間、核磁気共鳴を用いて処置された細胞との低酸素シグナル伝達経路からのhif−1α及びhif−3αのmRNA濃度の変化(A及びE)と、同じ処置方式によるゼブラフィッシュ幼生全体におけるhif−1α及びhif−3αのmRNA発振の選択的同期(B及びF)とを示す図であり、一方、hif−2αは、細胞及びゼブラフィッシュ幼生全体においてともに影響を受けないままである(図2、C及びD)。
図3は、一方では4回繰り返された1時間処置の後(A)、他方では1回の4時間処置の後(B)に、核磁気共鳴によって達成された、ゼブラフィッシュ細胞における概日hif−1タンパク質振動の同期を示す図である。
図4は、酸化ペルオキシレドキシン(A)、フリー酸素ラジカル(B)及びhif−1αタンパク質(C)の線量依存的に低減した量を示す図である。4時間処置により、1時間のみの処置と比較して、タンパク質の量及びフリー酸素ラジカルの量がそれぞれ低減する。
図5は、核磁気共鳴を使用する処置のための装置を調整する方法の概略フローチャートである。

Claims (14)
- 核磁気共鳴を用いる処置のための装置を調整する、特に較正する方法であって、細胞培養物の又は使用者の及び/又は使用者のクロノタイプの細胞時計に対する、前記核磁気共鳴を用いる処置の影響を決定することと、該決定に基づき、前記核磁気共鳴を使用する処置のための装置を設定することとを含む、方法。
- 処置持続時間、処置間隔、処置の時刻、磁場の変調周波数、及び/又は磁場を用いる処置のための前記装置によって発生する磁場の磁場強度を、前記細胞時計に応じて設定することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記核磁気共鳴を用いる処置のための装置は、最大若しくは最小の特異的なタンパク質発現、及び/又は概日時計の最大若しくは最小の位相シフト、及び/又は前記概日時計の同期を達成するように調整される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記使用者の前記クロノタイプは、前記核磁気共鳴を用いる処置のための装置を設定するように決定され、該装置は、このクロノタイプに応じて設定される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記概日時計は、温度測定、血圧測定、皮膚抵抗の測定及び/又は心拍数の判断によって決定される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって調整された、核磁気共鳴を用いる処置のための装置。
- 核磁気共鳴を使用する処置のための装置、特に請求項6に記載の装置を備える処置システムであって、使用者の前記クロノタイプを決定する手段、特にセンサーを備える、処置システム。
- 前記センサーは、使用者の体温、血圧、皮膚抵抗及び/又は心拍数を測定するように構成されている、請求項7に記載の処置システム。
- 前記センサーは、前記装置の制御ユニットに、好ましくは無線でデータを送信するように構成されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の処置システム。
- 前記センサーは、外部ユニットの一部である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の処置システム。
- 使用者の細胞の前記概日時計を変更する、特に同期させる、核磁気共鳴の使用。
- 治療目的及び/又は美容目的で前記概日時計を変更することを含む、請求項11に記載の使用。
- 前記使用者の細胞の低酸素シグナル伝達経路を変更することを含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記使用者の細胞のフリー酸素ラジカルの量を変更することを含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
