(c)フィルム層と、一体化していないか又は予備的に一体化した第1及び第2多孔質繊維層とを、フィルム層が第1多孔質繊維層と第2多孔質繊維層との間に位置する状態で、モールド内で積み重ねること、ここで、任意には、この3つの層の下部及び/又は上部に付加層を配置することができる、
(d)一体化処理、好ましくはホットエア、蒸気、又は赤外加熱によって、モールド内で材料を一体化しかつこれらの複数の層を積層すること、ここで、熱可塑性バインダが、軟化し、かつ/又は溶融し、繊維を互いに結合し、かつ/又は任意には隣接する層に結合する。

Claims (15)
- 乗り物のための成形三次元ノイズ減衰トリム部材であって、少なくとも、第1多孔質繊維層と、第2多孔質繊維層と、前記第1及び第2多孔質繊維層の間に位置する通気性中間フィルム層とから成る三層システムを含み、かつ前記三層システム内部の隣接する表面が相互接続されている、トリム部材において、
前記第2多孔質繊維層が、表面全体にわたって変化する面積重量AW2を有しており、
少なくとも総厚tが5〜35mmの三層システムの領域に対して、前記面積重量AW2は、前記三層システムの総厚tと下記の関係を有し:
25×t+175<AW2<45×t+475
(式中、tはmmで表され、AW2はg・m−2で表される)、かつ
前記第2多孔質繊維層の前記面積重量AW2が、前記三層システムの総厚tの増加とともに増加していることを特徴とする、
乗り物のための成形三次元ノイズ減衰トリム部材。 - 前記第1及び第2多孔質繊維層のそれぞれの層の面積重量が、300〜4000g・m−2、好ましくは300〜3000g・m−2、好ましくは300〜2050g・m−2である、請求項1に記載の成形三次元ノイズ減衰トリム部材。
- 少なくとも前記第2多孔質繊維層が、少なくとも3.5kPa、好ましくは5〜25kPaの圧縮剛性を有している、請求項1又は2に記載の成形三次元ノイズ減衰トリム部材。
- 前記三層システムの全気流抵抗が、500〜10000Ns・m−3、好ましくは1000〜7000Ns・m−3、好ましくは2000〜6000Ns・m−3である、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の成形三次元ノイズ減衰トリム部材。
- 少なくとも総厚tが5〜35mmの三層システムの領域に対して、前記三層システムの全気流抵抗(AFRoverall)と全密度ρとが下記の関係を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の成形三次元ノイズ減衰トリム部材:
1500<AFRoverall−10ρ<5000
(式中、AFRoverallがNs・m−3で表され、かつρがkg/m3で表される)。 - 少なくとも全密度が160kg/m3を上回る三層システムの領域に対して、前記三層システムの全気流抵抗(AFRoverall)と全密度ρとが下記の関係を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の成形三次元ノイズ減衰トリム部材:
1500<AFRoverall−10ρ<5000
(式中、AFRoverallがNs・m−3で表され、かつρがkg/m3で表される)。 - 前記第1多孔質繊維層及び前記中間フィルム層の気流抵抗が合わせて、前記三層システムの全気流抵抗の少なくとも55%、好ましくは65%〜80%を占め、かつ/又は前記中間フィルム層の気流抵抗が前記第1及び第2多孔質繊維層の全気流抵抗よりも高い、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の成形三次元ノイズ減衰トリム部材。
- 前記第1及び第2多孔質繊維層が、ポリアミド(ナイロン)、例えばポリアミド6又はポリアミド66;ポリエステル、例えばポリエステルのコポリマー又はポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)又はポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)又はポリトリメチレンテレフタレート(PTT);ポリオレフィン、例えばポリプロピレン又はポリエチレン、例えばポリエチレンのコポリマー;及び鉱物繊維、好ましくはガラス繊維又は再生ガラス繊維又は玄武岩繊維又は炭素繊維のうちの一つからなる群から選択された少なくとも一種の材料でできた繊維を含む、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の成形三次元ノイズ減衰トリム部材。
- 前記第1及び第2多孔質繊維層のうちの少なくとも一方、好ましくは少なくとも前記第2多孔質繊維層が、自己捲縮性縮れ繊維、好ましくは中空の自己捲縮性縮れ繊維を含む、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の成形三次元ノイズ減衰トリム部材。
- 前記第1及び第2多孔質繊維層のうちの少なくとも一方が、再生綿、再生合成繊維、再生ポリエステル、再生天然繊維、及び再生合成繊維と再生天然繊維との混合物からなる群から選択された少なくとも一種の材料でできた再生繊維を含む、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の成形三次元ノイズ減衰トリム部材。
- 前記第1及び第2多孔質繊維層が、ポリエステル、例えばポリエチレンテレフタレート;ポリエステルのコポリマー;ポリオレフィン、例えばポリプロピレン又はポリエチレン;ポリ乳酸;及びポリアミド、例えばポリアミド6又はポリアミド66からなる群から選択された材料のうちの少なくとも一種から形成された熱可塑性バインダ材料を含む、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の成形三次元ノイズ減衰トリム部材。
- 前記通気性中間フィルム層が、ポリエステル、例えばポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)又はポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)又はコポリエステル(CoPES);ポリアミド、例えばポリアミド6又はポリアミド66;ポリオレフィン、例えばポリエチレン(PE)又は低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)又は直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)又は高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)、エチレンアクリル酸コポリマー(EAA)、ポリプロピレン(PP);熱可塑性エラストマー(TPEs)、例えば熱可塑性ポリオレフィン(TPO)、熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU);ポリエーテルイミド;ポリスルホン;ポリエーテルスルホン;ポリエーテルエーテルケトン;及びコポリマー、例えばエチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)、又はバイオポリマー、例えばポリ乳酸からなる群から選択されたポリマー又はコポリマーのうちの少なくとも一種を含む少なくとも一つの層を含む、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載の成形三次元ノイズ減衰トリム部材。
- 少なくとも、カバースクリム層、音響スクリム層、装飾トップ層、例えばタフト付きカーペット又は不織布カーペットをさらに含む、請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載の成形三次元ノイズ減衰トリム部材。
- 内装トリム部材、例えばインナーダッシュインシュレータとして、かつ/又はフロアカーペットとしての、請求項1から13までのいずれか一項に記載の成形三次元ノイズ減衰トリム部材の使用。
- 以下の工程を含む、請求項1から13までのいずれか一項に記載の成形三次元ノイズ減衰トリム部材を製造する方法:
(a)表面全体にわたって変化する面積重量を有する、一体化していないか又は予備的に一体化した、少なくとも第2多孔質繊維層を調製すること、ここで、製品成形キャビティ内に繊維及びバインダ材料を入れることにより、前記第2多孔質繊維層を製造する、
(b)一体化していないか又は予備的に一体化した第1多孔質繊維層を調製すること、
(c)フィルム層と前記一体化していないか又は予備的に一体化した第1及び第2多孔質繊維層とを、前記フィルム層が前記第1多孔質繊維層と前記第2多孔質繊維層との間に位置する状態で、任意の付加層と一緒にモールド内で積み重ねること、
(d)一体化処理、好ましくは、ホットエア、蒸気、又は赤外加熱によって、前記モールド内で材料を一体化しかつ前記の複数の層を積層すること、ここで、前記熱可塑性バインダが、軟化し、かつ/又は溶融し、前記繊維を互いに結合し、かつ/又は任意には隣接する層に結合する。
