Abstract
Description
本明細書において説明されたバッフル組立体の実施形態の利点は、長さがコンパクトであるとともに、容易に取り替え可能であるという点である。別の利点は、容易に組み立てられるという点である。さらなる利点は、リボンバーナなどのバーナとともに使用される場合、炎の均一性を高めるという点である。
前述のことは、それぞれ異なる図を通じて同様の参照符号が同じ部品を指す添付図面に示されるとおり、本開示の例示的実施形態の以下のより具体的な説明から明らかとなる。図面は必ずしも縮尺通りではなく、代わりに、本開示の実施形態を説明することに重点が置かれる。
一実施形態によるバッフル組立体の斜視図が図1に示されている。図2A及び2Bは、図1のバッフル組立体の組立のそれぞれの正面及び側面図である。以下の説明は図1〜2Bに基づくものである。
Claims (12)
- バッフル組立体であって、
中心軸と内周面とを有するカラーと、
前記カラーの内周面に固定された複数の羽根であって、各羽根が、
前記中心軸に対して第1角度で前記カラーから延在する脚であって、脚の第1角度がバッフル組立体を通じて流体の流れに回転を与えるように構成された脚と、
前記中心軸に対して第2角度で前記脚から延在する衝突板であって、第2角度が前記第1角度より大きい衝突板と、
を含む複数の羽根と、を含む、バッフル組立体。 - 前記第2角度が、前記脚と前記衝突板との間で測定される第3角度から前記第1角度を差し引いたものとして定義される、請求項1に記載のバッフル組立体。
- 前記第1角度が5°〜30°である、請求項1に記載のバッフル組立体。
- 前記第2角度が60°〜120°である、請求項1に記載のバッフル組立体。
- 前記衝突板が、前記カラーを通る流れ面積の少なくとも80%をブロックするのに十分な幅及び長さを有する、請求項1に記載のバッフル組立体。
- 前記脚の長さが前記カラーの直径に略等しい、請求項1に記載のバッフル組立体。
- 各衝突板の第1長さが前記脚の第2長さの約25%〜50%に等しい、請求項1に記載のバッフル組立体。
- 前記カラーの内面の周りに均等に間隔を空けて配された前記羽根の4つを含む、請求項1に記載のバッフル組立体。
- 前記カラーが円形の断面形状を有する、請求項1に記載のバッフル組立体。
- 入口と、前記入口において、前記入口に、又は前記入口に近接して設置された請求項1に記載のバッフル組立体と、を有する、バーナ組立体。
- 前記バーナ組立体がリボンバーナである、請求項1に記載のバーナ組立体。
- 前記入口が、バーナ本体の両側に位置付けられた第1入口と第2入口とを含む、請求項1に記載のバーナ組立体。
