Abstract
Description
本出願は、2017年6月15日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/520,126号の優先権を主張する。
電気手術血管シーラーは、血管の閉塞と外科手術中の出血の停止に使用される。血管シーラーの電極は、電極間にクランプ留めされた血管の乾燥および密封のために、高周波(RF)エネルギーを電極に選択的に供給できる電気手術発電機に相互接続されている。ブレードは、通電された電極によって生成されるシールの中間部分に沿って密封された血管を切断するために、顎部に追加的に組み込まれてもよい。
Claims (15)
- 血管密封装置であって、
開位置と閉位置との間で移動可能な一対の電極と、
血管がその間に位置付けられた場合、高周波エネルギーが前記一対の電極の間のみを通過するように、前記一対の電極の少なくとも一つに不均一に塗布された非導電性材料から形成された被覆と、を備える血管密封装置。 - 前記被覆が、前記一対の電極の両方に不均一に塗布される、請求項1に記載の血管密封装置。
- 前記被覆が、前記一対の電極のそれぞれの前記被覆が、中心線平均から−5.8マイクロメートル〜6.2マイクロメートルの間で変化する合計プロファイルを有するように、不均一に塗布される、請求項2に記載の血管密封装置。
- 前記被覆が、前記一対の電極のそれぞれの前記被覆が、中心線平均から−6.5マイクロメートル〜6.5マイクロメートルの間で変化する粗さプロファイルを有するように、不均一に塗布される、請求項3に記載の血管密封装置。
- 前記一対の電極が、血管の周りに接触して位置付けられるとき、100ボルトの電圧で、25ワットの定電力モードで、400オームの始動抵抗を有する、請求項1に記載の血管密封装置。
- 前記電極のそれぞれの面に形成された一連の溝をさらに備える、請求項5に記載の血管密封装置。
- 前記電極のそれぞれの前記面の前記一連の溝が、前記電極のそれぞれの前記面の長手方向軸に対して横方向に延びる、請求項6に記載の血管密封装置。
- 前記電極のそれぞれの前記面の前記一連の溝が、ヘリンボーンパターンで配向される、請求項7に記載の血管密封装置。
- 前記電極のそれぞれの前記面が、二つの対向する側壁から内側トラックへ延びる、請求項8に記載の血管密封装置。
- 前記被覆が前記側壁の少なくとも一部分を横切って延びる、請求項9に記載の血管密封装置。
- それぞれが面を含む一対の電極を有する血管密封装置を作製する方法であって、
少なくとも一つの前記電極の面をテクスチャ加工する工程と、
非導電性材料を前記面に不均一に塗布し、血管がその間に存在する場合にのみ前記一対の電極間に所定の量の高周波エネルギーが通過することを可能にする被覆を形成する工程と、を含む、方法。 - 前記被覆が、前記面の前記被覆が、中心線平均から−5.8マイクロメートル〜6.2マイクロメートルの間で変化する合計プロファイルを有するように、不均一に塗布された、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記被覆が、前記面の前記被覆が、中心線平均から−6.5マイクロメートル〜6.5マイクロメートルの間で変化する粗さプロファイルを有するように、不均一に塗布された、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記一対の電極が、前記血管の周りに接触して位置付けられるとき、100ボルトの電圧で、25ワットの定電力モードで、400オームの始動抵抗を有する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの前記電極の前記面をテクスチャ加工する前記工程は、前記面をグリットブラストすることを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
