Abstract
Description
実施例1-1.イネの白葉枯病感染誘導
イネ白葉枯病病原菌(Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae)をYGC(ATCC 459:グルコース 5.0%、イースト抽出物 0.5%、CaCO3 1.25%、および寒天1.5%)平板培地で維持した後、少量の菌集団を10mLのnutrient broth(ペプトン 0.5%、牛肉エキス 0.3%)で28℃で48時間の間振とう培養(180rpm)し、この培養液を滅菌蒸留水に1:1で分散させ、595nmでの吸光度が1.0になるように希釈して使用した
滅菌した透明なボックスで28℃で1週間24時間周期の明暗条件(明状態14時間/暗状態10時間)下でムラシゲスクーグ(MS)固体培地上に育てたイネ植物体に前記1-1で培養した菌液をはさみで接種した後、3日間同じ条件で培養した。GC分析用20mlバイアルに、同じサイズの接種された個体と比較例としての健全株をそれぞれ3個体ずつ移して、滅菌水1mlをバイアルの底に添加し、植物体を入れた20mlバイアルは明条件で24時間培養した後、密閉されたバイアルの上部空間の揮発性物質を病原体に感染させていない個体と比較した。前記感染していない個体は、滅菌状態のはさみを用いて葉芯切断処理したシャム個体を用いた。
前記実施例1を介して、イネ白葉枯病原菌感染時にイネで増加するリモネン(limonene)とその誘導体を用いてイネ白葉枯病菌のXanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae(Xoo)の生長抑制能を評価した。
前記実施例1を介して、イネ白葉枯病原菌の感染時に増加するリモネン(limonene)とその誘導体の揮発効果を利用して、Xooの生長抑制能を有するかどうかについて確認した。
前記実施例3を介してリモネンとその誘導体がXanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae以外のXanthomonas属の植物病原菌に対しても揮発効果を通じた成長抑制能を有するかどうかについて確認した。
本発明のL-カルベオール、S-(+)-カルボン、R-(-)-カルボン、(+)-リモネン酸化物および(-)-リモネン酸化物、(S)-(-)-ペリリルアルコール(perillyl alcohol)、α-テルピネオール(Terpineol)、カルバクロール(Carvacrol)、(-)-イソプレゴール(Isopulegol)、(+)-イソプレゴールを用いて、イネいもち病の原因菌であるMagnaporthe oryzaeの生長抑制能を評価した。
Claims (11)
- 下記の[化学式1]〜[化学式10]で表わされる化合物からなる群から選択されるいずれか一つ以上のリモネン(limonene)誘導体を有効成分として含有する植物病防除用組成物:
- 前記植物の病気が、イネ白葉枯病またはイネいもち病である、請求項1に記載の植物病防除用組成物。
- 前記イネ白葉枯病が、Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae(Xoo)によって誘発されるものである、請求項2に記載の植物病防除用組成物。
- 前記イネいもち病が、Magnaporthe oryzaeによって誘発されるものである、請求項2に記載の植物病防除用組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物を植物病に感染した植物体に処理する工程を含む、植物病防除方法。
- 前記処理が、請求項1に記載の組成物を植物体に直接散布したり、揮発性を利用して間接的に散布するものである、請求項5に記載の植物病防除方法。
- 前記植物の病気が、イネ白葉枯病またはイネいもち病である、請求項6に記載の植物病防除方法。
- 前記イネ白葉枯病が、Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae(Xoo)によって誘発されるものである、請求項7に記載の植物病防除方法。
- 前記イネいもち病が、Magnaporthe oryzaeによって誘発されるものである、請求項7に記載の植物病防除方法。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物を含む肥料。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物を含む農薬製剤。
