Abstract
Description
液体用静電噴霧器は従来技術、例えば米国特許出願公開第2010/0116897(A1)号明細書から既に知られている。この既知の噴霧器には、噴霧器の動作中に特に使用者データに基づいた使用者の個々の要求を考慮することができないという欠点がある。
この目的は、請求項1に係る静電噴霧器により実現される。効果的で好都合な発展形はそれぞれの下位請求項に明示されている。本発明のさらなる改善点は、下位請求項の主題である。
センサ手段11,11a,11bは、噴霧器1における、電圧及び/または電流強度、及び/または入射光の波長、または周囲13の空気の温度及び/または湿度を検出することを可能にするように意図または設計されていてもよい。このようにして、それに応じて算出されたデータは、例えば送出装置8の送出出力に影響を及ぼし、結果として噴霧器1の噴射結果にも影響を及ぼす可能性がある。
さらに、センサ手段11,11a,11bは、噴射対象の光学分析を実施することを可能にするように意図または設計されていてもよい。
本発明の文脈では、液体は任意の種類の液体を意味するものとして理解されるべきである。本発明の文脈では、液体は化粧品であってもよいが、液状の塗料またはラッカー等であってもよい。
Claims (15)
- 液体用、特に化粧品用静電噴霧器(1)であって、
ハウジング(2)と、
電力源(3)と、
起動手段(4)と、
制御電子回路(5)と、
高電圧源(6)と、
液体タンク(7)と、
送出装置(8)と、
噴霧ノズル(9,9a,9b)と、を少なくとも備えていて、
前記制御電子回路(5)及び前記高周波源(6)は前記ハウジング(2)の内部空間(10)に配置されており、
前記制御電子回路(5)は、
少なくとも1つのセンサ手段(11)を備えているか、
少なくとも1つの送信及び/または受信モジュール(12)を備えているか、
少なくとも1つのセンサ手段(11)と、少なくとも1つの送信及び/または受信モジュール(12)を備えているか、のいずれかである、ことを特徴とする、噴霧器。 - 前記少なくとも1つのセンサ手段(11)は、前記高電圧源(6)の電圧及び/または電流強度を検出するために、特に前記高電圧源の負荷を検出するために形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の噴霧器。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサ手段(11)は、入射光の強度及び/または波長を検出するために形成されている、ことを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサ手段(11)は、前記噴霧器(1)の周囲(13)の空気温度及び/または空気の湿度を検出するために形成されている、ことを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの送信及び/または受信モジュール(12)は、無線リンクを介して携帯電話またはタブレットに接続可能である、ことを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記電力源(3)は充電可能な電池として構成されていて、前記噴霧器(1)は前記電力源(3)を充電する少なくとも1つの充電デバイス(14)を備えており、前記充電デバイス(14)は特に標準化された接続として、好ましくはUSB接続として構成されている、ことを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記電力源(3)は充電可能な電池として構成されていて、前記噴霧器(1)は前記電力源(3)を充電する少なくとも1つの充電デバイス(14)を備えており、一方、前記充電デバイス(14)は誘導性充電デバイスの電磁コイルとして構成されていて、前記コイルは好ましくは前記ハウジング(2)の内部において、ヘッド部(15)上、または把持部(16)上のいずれかに配置されている、ことを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサ手段(11)は、前記液体タンク(7)から取り出した液体量を検出するために、または、前記液体タンク(7)内の液体の充填液位を検出するために形成されている、ことを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記制御電子回路(5)によって、記憶手段、特に前記液体タンク(7)上のRFIDマーキングの読み出し及び/または書き込みが可能である、ことを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧器。
- 前記制御電子回路(5)は、複数のセンサ手段(11,11a,11b)を備えており、
前記複数のセンサ手段(11,11a,11b)は、
前記噴霧器(1)の周囲(13)の空気の温度及び/または湿度を検出する、
入射光の強度及び/または波長を検出する、及び、
電圧及び/または電流強度を検出する、ことを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧器。 - 前記制御電子回路(5)は空間内での位置及び/または動きを検出する複数のセンサ手段を備えており、前記制御電子回路は位置及び/または一連の動きの変化を検出、保存、及び分析することを可能にしている、ことを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧器。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載されている噴霧器の動作方法であって、前記制御電子回路(5)はセンサデータを、少なくとも1つのセンサから少なくとも1つの送信及び/または受信モジュール(12)を介して外部デバイスに転送し、前記外部デバイスは前記データを処理して、かつ/または表示し、かつ/または中継する、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載されている噴霧器の動作方法であって、前記制御電子回路(5)は、少なくとも1つのセンサのセンサデータを、外部デバイスから少なくとも1つの送信及び/または受信モジュール(12)を介して得て、前記制御電子回路は、これらのデータを処理し、かつ/または表示し、かつ/または中継する、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載されている噴霧器の動作方法であって、前記制御電子回路(5)は、動作状態及び/またはデバイスパラメータに関するデータを、少なくとも1つの送信及び/または受信モジュール(12)を介して外部デバイスに転送し、前記外部デバイスは前記データを処理し、かつ/または表示し、かつ/または中継する、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載されている噴霧器の動作方法であって、前記制御電子回路(5)はデータを、外部デバイスから少なくとも1つの送信及び/または受信モジュール(12)を介して得て、前記制御電子回路はこれらのデータを処理し、かつ/または表示し、かつ/または中継し、特に動作状態またはデバイスパラメータを提供するために使用する、ことを特徴とする方法。
