Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 患者の血管内に経皮挿入するための血管内血液ポンプであって、カテーテル(10)と、カテーテル(10)に取り付けられたポンピングデバイス(1)とを備え、前記カテーテル(10)は、長手方向軸に沿って延び、前記長手方向軸に沿って、遠位端(11)と、前記遠位端(11)の反対側の近位端(12)とを有し、前記カテーテル(10)は、前記カテーテル(10)の前記近位端(12)および前記遠位端(11)間で前記カテーテル(10)の長さに沿って長手方向に連続して延びる細長い補剛構造(15)を含み、前記補剛構造(15)は、約0.00005Nm2〜約0.01Nm2の最小曲げ剛性を有し、最小曲げ半径10mmで曲がる場合、塑性変形を受けないことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記カテーテル(10)は、前記近位端(12)から前記遠位端(11)まで前記カテーテル(10)を通って延びる少なくとも1つの管腔(13)を有し、前記補剛構造(15)は前記カテーテル(10)の前記管腔(13)内に配設されることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項2に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記補剛構造(15)は、前記カテーテル(10)の前記管腔(13)内部で緩んでいることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記補剛構造は、少なくとも1つのロッドまたはワイヤ(15)を含むことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記補剛構造は、複数のロッドまたはワイヤ(15B)を含むことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項4または5に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記少なくとも1つのロッドまたはワイヤは中実であることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記少なくとも1つのロッドまたはワイヤ(15)は、約0.3mm〜0.6mm、好ましくは約0.5mmの直径を有することを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記少なくとも1つのロッドまたはワイヤ(15)の断面は、回転対称でなく、前記少なくとも1つのロッドまたはワイヤ(15)の断面は、好ましくは少なくとも2つの交差する対称軸を有することを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項4〜8のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記少なくとも1つのロッドまたはワイヤ(15)は直線状であることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項5〜9のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記複数のロッドまたはワイヤは編組されることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記補剛構造(15)の曲げ剛性は、異なる面における前記補剛構造(15)の曲げに対して変動することを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項11に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記カテーテル(10)は、面内で湾曲しており、前記補剛構造(15)は、前記カテーテル(10)が湾曲している前記面内の曲げに対して最小曲げ剛性を有することを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記補剛構造(15)は、形状記憶材料、好ましくはニチノールを含むことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記補剛構造(15)は、前記血液ポンプの動作中、前記カテーテル(10)内に留まるように構成されることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記補剛構造(15)は、前記血液ポンプを患者の身体内に配置した後、前記カテーテル(10)から除去されるように構成されることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
