Claims (17)
- 弾性材料(4)および前記弾性材料中に導入された金属材料を含む複合材料(2)を用いた、電池セルの電流を伝導するための接点(1)であって、前記金属材料は、電流および熱流を前記複合材料(2)を通して金属体(5)経由で伝導できるように、前記複合材料(2)を通して延びる凝集性の幾何学的構造をもつ金属体(5)を形成することを特徴とする、接点(1)。
- 前記金属体は、途切れない導電体を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接点(1)。
- 前記金属体(5)は、金属合金、例えば、銅合金または銀合金からなることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の接点(1)。
- 前記弾性材料(4)は、天然ゴムまたは合成ゴムであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の接点(1)。
- 前記弾性材料(4)は、ニトリルブタジエンゴム、水和ニトリルゴム、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム、シリコーンゴム、フッ素シリコーンゴム、ペルフルオリンゴム、塩素ゴム、クロロスルホン化ポリエチレンゴム、ポリエステルウレタンゴムまたはブチルゴムであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の接点(1)。
- 前記弾性材料(4)は、導電性であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の接点(1)。
- 前記弾性材料(4)は、ドープされたポリアセチレンから、ポリピロールから、ポリアニリンから、ポリチオフェンから、またはポリ−3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェンから形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の接点(1)。
- 前記金属体(5)は、少なくとも2つの接触領域(6)において前記弾性材料(4)の表面上に露出されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の接点(1)。
- 前記2つの接触領域(6)は、前記接点(1)の対向する側に位置することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の接点(1)。
- 前記接点(1)は、前記複合材料(2)の対向する側で電気および熱を伝導する仕方で前記複合材料(2)へ接続された2つの接触要素(3)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の接点(1)。
- 前記金属体(5)は、金属フリース、金属メッシュまたは発泡金属であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の接点(1)。
- 前記金属体(5)は、方向性をもって配置された金属繊維(8)からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の接点(1)。
- 前記金属体(5)は、グリッド構造またはラティス構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の接点(1)。
- 前記接点は、少なくとも1000mA、好ましくは少なくとも5000mA、さらに好ましくは少なくとも8000mAの電流を、特に永続的に、伝導できることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載の接点(1)。
- 前記接点の横断表面は、少なくとも断面が、好ましくは連続的に、少なくとも15mm2、好ましくは少なくとも35mm2、さらに好ましくは少なくとも75mm2であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14の何れか一項に記載の接点(1)。
- 請求項1〜15の何れか一項に記載の接点(1)を有することを特徴とする、導電性の接続プレート(13)。
- 少なくとも1つの電池セル(12)、導電性の接続プレート(13)、および前記電池セル(12)の電池極(14)を前記接続プレート(13)へ接続するための接点(1)をもつ電池(11)であって、前記接点(1)は、請求項1〜15に記載の接点(1)として形成されることを特徴とする、電池(11)。
