Claims (12)
- エラストマ本体に埋設された抗張部材を有する抗張部材層と、
前記本体から突出し、規則的に間隔を空けられ、横方向に延びる複数の歯を有する歯面と、
前記歯面を被覆するジャケットとを備え、
前記歯は、前記歯の剛性を増加させる複数の布製挿入物の層を備え、前記挿入物の層はエラストマ合成物の層によって相互に分離される
同期ベルト。 - 前記複数の布製挿入物の層が布の分離された片である請求項1に記載の同期ベルト。
- 前記複数の布製挿入物の層が、前記歯の外形に略平行であるU字状を有する請求項2に記載の同期ベルト。
- 前記複数の布製挿入物の層が平面状であり、前記抗張部材層に略平行に配置される請求項2に記載の同期ベルト。
- 前記複数の布製挿入物の層が平面状であり、前記抗張部材に略垂直であるか、前記抗張部材に対して前記歯の側面と同じ程度に傾斜する請求項2に記載の同期ベルト。
- 前記複数の布製挿入物の層が布の単一の片を有する請求項1に記載の同期ベルト。
- 前記複数の布製挿入物の層が、前記歯の外形に略平行であるU字状に折曲加工される請求項6に記載の同期ベルト。
- 前記複数の布製挿入物の層が一片の布の折り目により接続され、平面状で、かつ前記抗張部材の層に略平行に配向される請求項6に記載の同期ベルト。
- 前記複数の布製挿入物の層が一片の布の折り目により接続され、平面状で、かつ前記抗張部材に略垂直、または前記抗張部材に対して前記歯の側面と同じ程度に傾斜する請求項6に記載の同期ベルト。
- 前記複数の布製挿入物の層が一片の布を螺旋状に巻くことにより成形される請求項6に記載の同期ベルト。
- 交互に並ぶ歯とランドを有し、前記挿入物の層が前記ランドに拡張しない請求項1に記載の同期ベルト。
- 交互に並ぶ歯とランドを有し、1以上の前記挿入物の層がランド内に拡張する請求項1に記載の同期ベルト。
