- 前記セクター(32)の内部で恒常的に形成されている部材幾何学配置が、濾過し、かつ/又は合体させる材料からなる中空円筒又は巻き円筒の部分によって、あるいは濾過材料及び/又は合体材料のいくつかの部材折り目(28)によって、形成されており、前記部材折り目が、等しいサイクル数と等しい振幅を有する波形推移を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。

- 前記第1のパイプ形状の部材(12)と前記第2のパイプ形状の部材(14)の内の少なくとも一方が分離フィルタ又は合体フィルタとして形成されて、懸濁液のような、液状の媒体の相分離するため、特に油圧オイル又は燃料のような駆動媒体から水及び/又は空気を分離するために用いられ、かつ、
前記第1のパイプ形状の部材(12)と前記第2のパイプ形状の部材(14)の内の他方が、媒体流から粒子状の汚れ(27)を分離するために用いられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記部材複合体(10−10”)内で一方の、好ましくは外側の、部材(12)がその自由な前側において、それぞれ部材キャップ(16a、16’、18a、18')によって閉鎖されており、前記部材キャップが外側の部材(12)の部材材料(20、20’、20”)を収容し、かつ前記部材キャップがその内側の部材(14)を向いた側にウェブ形状のガイドリング(38、40)を有しており、前記ガイドリングに他の、好ましくは内側の、部材(14)の対応づけ可能な終端キャップ(16b、18b)が支持される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のパイプ形状の部材(12)と前記第2のパイプ形状の部材(14)の互いに対応づけ可能な隣接するペアの終端キャップ(16a、16b、16’、18a、18b、18”)が、前側において少なくとも部分的に、特にそれぞれのウェブ形状のガイドリング(38、40)の収容開口部の領域内で、共に終端を形成している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一方の、好ましくは外側の、部材(12)の互いに逆となる終端キャップ(16a、16b、16’、18a、18b、18”)に、対応して形成されたガイド斜面(44、46)が設けられており、前記ガイド斜面が、それぞれ部材複合体(10−10”)の少なくとも2つの互いに重なり合って配置された部材(12、14)のスタック複合体内で、1つの部材複合体(10”)の終端キャップ(16')が、他の部材複合体(10”)の隣接して配置された、後続の終端キャップ(18”)内へ嵌入することを許す、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- それぞれ部材複合体(10−10”)の2つのパイプ形状の部材(12、14)の、スタック複合体内で互いに接するガイド斜面(44、46)が、特にOシールリングの形式の、シール装置(48、48a)によって相互に密閉されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 未処理もしくは処理済みの流体用の供給部(68)と排出部(74)を備えた、好ましくは立てることのできるハウジング(52)を有する流体処理装置であって、前記ハウジングが少なくとも2つの互いに分離可能なカップ形状のハウジング部分(54、56)からなり、そのうちの1つのハウジング部分(56)が、少なくとも1つの部材複合体(10−10”)を収容するための、部材収容部(66)を有し、かつ、
2つの隣接するハウジング部分(54、56)が、クランプ装置(58)によって互いに取り外し可能に固定される、ことを特徴とする流体処理装置。
