Abstract
Description
以下、本発明を具体的に説明するために実施例を挙げて詳細に説明する。しかし、本発明に係る実施例は種々の異なる形態に変形可能であり、本発明の範囲が以下に述べる実施例に限定されると解釈されない。本明細書の実施例は、当業界における平均的な知識を有する者に本発明をより完全に説明するために提供されるものである。
グラフェン成長支持体として高純度の銅箔(Alfa Aesar、99.99%)を直径8インチの石英チューブCVDにローディングした。そして、1,000℃の雰囲気下、15sccm以下でH2ガスを1時間供給した後、1,000℃の雰囲気下、150sccmでCH4ガスを30分以上供給して単層のグラフェンシートを成長させた。さらに、15sccm以下でH2ガスを供給して急速に冷却して、グラフェン成長支持体上に単層のグラフェンシートを形成した。
機能性層を備えていない、前記実施例で用いたコンタクトレンズ(INTEROJO、1Day Clalen)を、比較例によるコンタクトレンズとして用いた。
前記実施例による機能性コンタクトレンズの光透過度の低下の有無を確認するために、比較例1によるコンタクトレンズとの肉眼比較および波長に応じた光透過度を測定した。光透過度の測定のために、Nikon社のECLIPSE LV100ND装置を用いて、波長に応じた、実施例による機能性コンタクトレンズと比較例によるコンタクトレンズの光透過度を測定した。
曲面のレンズ基材上に備えられたグラフェンシートの物性の低下の有無を確認するために、前記実施例と同様の方法により、球面のレンズ基材の代わりに平板のPET基材上に形成されたグラフェンシート(比較例2)を用意し、実施例による機能性コンタクトレンズのグラフェンシートとの電気的特性を比較した。
前記実施例による機能性コンタクトレンズの電磁波遮蔽性能を確認するために、卵白を1滴おき、これを覆えるポリプロピレン材質の透明な曲面カバー上に、実施例による機能性コンタクトレンズと比較例1によるコンタクトレンズをそれぞれ付着させた後、2.45GHzの電磁波を発生する電子レンジで120W、約50秒間電磁波に露出させた。
前記実施例による機能性コンタクトレンズの水分透過程度を確認するために、実施例による機能性コンタクトレンズおよび比較例1によるコンタクトレンズそれぞれを用いて、蒸留水の入った瓶の入口を密封した。そして、それぞれの瓶を38℃の雰囲気で7日間放置し、瓶内部の蒸留水の減少量を測定した。
Claims (15)
- 眼球につけられるように曲面の球面を有するレンズ基材と、
前記レンズ基材の少なくとも一面上に備えられ、グラフェンシートを含む機能性層とを含む機能性コンタクトレンズ。 - 前記機能性層は、前記レンズ基材の外側面に備えられるものである、請求項1に記載の機能性コンタクトレンズ。
- 前記機能性層は、1層以上10層以下のグラフェンシートを含むものである、請求項1に記載の機能性コンタクトレンズ。
- 前記グラフェンシートは、前記レンズ基材の一面上に全面層の形態で備えられるものである、請求項1に記載の機能性コンタクトレンズ。
- 前記グラフェンシートは、前記眼球の瞳孔に対応する領域、または眼球の虹彩に対応する領域のレンズ基材上にパターン層の形態で備えられるものである、請求項1に記載の機能性コンタクトレンズ。
- 前記機能性層は、外部から流入する電磁波を吸収または反射するものである、請求項1に記載の機能性コンタクトレンズ。
- 前記機能性コンタクトレンズの水分透過度は、38℃で0.001g/m2・day以上3g/m2・day以下である、請求項1に記載の機能性コンタクトレンズ。
- 前記機能性層の面抵抗値は、10Ω/□以上50kΩ/□以下である、請求項1に記載の機能性コンタクトレンズ。
- 前記機能性層の550nmの波長における光透過度は、50%以上98%以下である、請求項1に記載の機能性コンタクトレンズ。
- 前記レンズ基材は、シリコンハイドロゲル(Silicon hydrogel)、ポリ(2−ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート)(PHEMA)、ポリメタクリル酸メチル(PMMA)、ポリ(乳酸−グリコール酸)(PLGA)、ポリビニルピロリドン(PVP)、またはポリビニルアセテート(PVA)をベースとするものである、請求項1に記載の機能性コンタクトレンズ。
- レンズ基材を用意するステップと、
グラフェン成長支持体上にグラフェンシートを形成するステップと、
前記グラフェンシート上に高分子支持層を形成するステップと、
前記グラフェン成長支持体を除去するステップと、
前記高分子支持層上に備えられた前記グラフェンシートを前記レンズ基材の少なくとも一面上に転写するステップとを含む、
請求項1に記載の機能性コンタクトレンズの製造方法。 - 前記転写するステップの後、前記高分子支持層を除去するステップをさらに含むものである、請求項11に記載の機能性コンタクトレンズの製造方法。
- 前記高分子支持層を除去するステップの後、前記グラフェンシートが備えられたレンズ基材を水溶液に含浸するステップをさらに含むものである、請求項12に記載の機能性コンタクトレンズの製造方法。
- 前記グラフェンシートを形成するステップは、化学気相蒸着法を利用するものである、請求項11に記載の機能性コンタクトレンズの製造方法。
- 前記転写するステップの後、前記グラフェンシートが備えられたレンズ基材を乾燥するステップをさらに含むものである、請求項11に記載の機能性コンタクトレンズの製造方法。
