以下では、併合因子の変動を生じさせる例を記載し、以下の表に可視化する。一定の紡糸溶液(すなわち、一定の粘度を有する紡糸溶液)、特にリヨセル紡糸溶液、および一定のガス流(例えば空気処理量)を使用しながら凝固スプレ流を変化させることによって、セルロース繊維布帛内に異なる併合因子が達成されてもよい。これにより、凝固スプレ流と併合因子との関係、すなわち、併合挙動の傾向(凝固スプレ流が高いほど、併合因子が低い)が観察され得る。これにより、MDは機械方向を示し、CDは幅方向を示す。
Claims (15)
- 特に、リヨセル紡糸溶液から直接製造された不織セルロース繊維布帛であって、前記不織セルロース繊維布帛が、実質的に無端の複数の繊維の網を備え、前記複数の繊維のうち複数の異なる繊維が、複数の異なる区別可能な相互接続された層に少なくとも部分的に位置し、前記不織セルロース繊維布帛が、湿潤時に光学的に透明である、不織セルロース繊維布帛。
- 完全に乾燥している場合、光学的に不透明であり、特に光学的グレー値が85未満である、請求項1に記載の不織セルロース繊維布帛。
- 湿潤時に少なくとも90、特に少なくとも100の光学的グレー値を有する、請求項1または2に記載の不織セルロース繊維布帛。
- 前記不織セルロース繊維布帛の内部の水分、特に水の質量と前記複数の繊維の質量との質量比が少なくとも3、特に少なくとも5、さらに具体的には少なくとも7となる程度に湿潤している場合、光学的に透明である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の不織セルロース繊維布帛。
