Abstract
Description
Claims (29)
- アルキルモノ芳香族化合物の回収プロセスであって、前記プロセスが
1つまたは複数の重質アルキル芳香族化合物およびアルキル架橋非縮合アルキル多芳香族化合物を含有する供給流を反応器に供給する工程と、
前記反応器に水素流を供給する工程と、
1つまたは複数のアルキルモノ芳香族化合物を含有する生成物流を生成するために、前記供給流と前記水素流とを特定の反応条件下、触媒の存在下で反応させることを可能にする工程と、
下流プロセスのために前記生成物流を前記反応器から回収する工程と
を含み、
前記アルキル架橋非縮合アルキル多芳香族化合物は、少なくとも2個の炭素を有するアルキル架橋基によって結合された少なくとも2個のベンゼン環を含み、前記ベンゼン環は前記アルキル架橋基の異なる炭素に結合している、プロセス。 - 前記供給流がキシレン再蒸留塔から得られるC9+アルキル芳香族化合物を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記供給流が溶媒によって希釈されていない、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記水素流を、前記反応器に供給する前に前記供給流と合流させる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記水素流が再循環水素流および補給水素流で構成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記水素流が少なくとも70重量%の水素を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記触媒が前記反応器中の触媒床として存在する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記触媒床を急冷するために前記水素流の一部が前記反応器内の前記触媒床に供給される、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- 前記触媒床が2つ以上の触媒床で構成される、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- 前記触媒が、シリカ、アルミナ、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群の少なくとも1つの構成要素である担体を含み、さらに、非晶質シリカ−アルミナ、ゼオライト、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群の少なくとも1つの構成要素である酸性成分を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記触媒が、鉄、コバルトおよびニッケル、ならびにそれらの組み合わせからなる群の少なくとも1つの構成要素であるIUPAC第8〜10族金属を含み、さらに、モリブデンおよびタングステン、ならびにそれらの組み合わせからなる群の少なくとも1つの構成要素であるIUPAC第6族金属を含む、請求項10に記載のプロセス。
- 前記IUPAC第8〜10族金属が前記触媒の2〜20重量%であり、前記IUPAC第6族金属が前記触媒の1〜25重量%である、請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- 前記触媒が、ニッケル、モリブデン、超安定Y型ゼオライト、およびγ−アルミナ担体から構成される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 特定の反応条件が、200〜450℃の範囲内にある前記反応器の動作温度を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記反応器の動作温度が約300℃である、請求項14に記載のプロセス。
- 前記反応器の動作温度が約350℃である、請求項14に記載のプロセス。
- 特定の反応条件が5〜50バールゲージの範囲内にある前記反応器の水素分圧を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記反応器の水素分圧が20バールゲージ未満である、請求項17に記載のプロセス。
- 特定の反応条件が、供給原料1バレル当たり500〜5000標準立方フィートの範囲内である水素流の供給速度を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記下流プロセスがパラ−キシレン回収プロセスである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 未反応アルキル架橋非縮合アルキル多芳香族化合物を含有する再循環炭化水素流を前記反応器に供給する工程
をさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。 - 前記反応器に供給する合流供給流を形成するために、前記再循環炭化水素流を前記供給流と合流させる、請求項21に記載のプロセス。
- 前記反応器に供給する第2の合流流を形成するために、前記水素流を前記合流供給流と合流させる、請求項22に記載のプロセス。
- 前記生成物をより軽質の炭化水素流とより重質の炭化水素流とに分離するために、前記生成物流を分離ゾーンに供給する工程
をさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。 - 再循環水素流を提供するために、前記より軽質の炭化水素流を処理する、請求項24に記載のプロセス。
- 前記反応器に供給するための前記水素流を提供するために、前記再循環水素流を補給水素流と合流させる、請求項25に記載のプロセス。
- 前記下流プロセスが
第1の軽質流および第1の重質流を提供するために前記生成物流を第1の分離器に供給する工程と、
第2の軽質流と第2の重質流とを供給するために前記第1の軽質流を第2の分離器に供給する工程と
をさらに含み、
より重質の炭化水素流を形成するために前記第1の重質流と前記第2の重質流とを合流させる、
請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。 - 前記下流プロセスは、
前記より重質の炭化水素流を、2つ以上の流れに分画するための分画ゾーンに供給する工程
をさらに含む、請求項27に記載のプロセス。 - 前記下流プロセスは
前記より重質の炭化水素流を、第1の軽質分画流と第1の重質分画流とに分画するための第1の精留塔に供給する工程であって、前記第1の軽質分画流の少なくとも一部はキシレン処理ユニットに供給される、工程と、
前記第1の重質分画流を、第2の軽質分画流と第2の重質分画流とに分画するための第2の精留塔に供給する工程であって、前記第2の軽質分画流はキシレン処理ユニットに供給され、前記第2の重質分画流の少なくとも一部は前記反応器に再循環する、工程と
をさらに含む、請求項27に記載のプロセス。
