Claims (15)

  1. 第1の成分(HAまたは/およびα−またはβ−TCPなど)のサイズは、適切な冷却手段(例えば高エネルギーミリング磨砕機など)を用いた本発明の手順のための任意の実現および認可方法により低減されなければならない。
  2. 骨再生が、2つの種類の細胞、すなわち骨芽細胞と破骨細胞との間の相互作用により可能となり、骨芽細胞は、約50μmの直径を有する巨細胞であり、独立して古い骨を吸収(破壊)し、他方破骨細胞は、約10μmの直径を有する小細胞であり、多くの他の細胞と連動することにより新しい骨を形成し、骨再吸収および骨形成の永久サイクルを介して骨が常に再生される。
