Claims (8)
- 複数のバッテリセルが備えられたバッテリモジュールの一面に形成された注入口を通じて樹脂組成物を注入する段階;
前記注入口が形成されたバッテリモジュールの一面上に放熱接着層を形成する段階;および
前記放熱接着層が形成されたバッテリモジュールの一面が下部に位置した状態でバッテリモジュールの品質を検査する段階を含む、バッテリパック製造方法。 - 放熱接着層は熱伝導度が2W/mK以上である、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック製造方法。
- 注入口が形成されたバッテリモジュールの一面上に放熱接着層を形成する段階は、前記注入口が形成されたバッテリモジュールの一面に離型フィルムおよび放熱接着層を含む放熱接着シートを付着する段階を含む、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリパック製造方法。
- 注入口が形成されたバッテリモジュールの一面上に放熱接着層を形成する段階は、放熱接着剤組成物を前記注入口が形成されたバッテリモジュールの一面に塗布する段階を含む、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリパック製造方法。
- 注入口が形成されたバッテリモジュールの一面上に放熱接着層を形成する段階は、下記の一般式1による揺変性指数(T)が1〜8の範囲内である放熱接着剤組成物を前記注入口が形成されたバッテリモジュールの一面に塗布する段階を含む、請求項4に記載のバッテリパック製造方法:

前記一般式1で、V0.5は25℃の温度、0.5rpmの回転速度およびCPA−52Zスピンドルでブルックフィールド粘度計で測定した前記放熱接着剤組成物の粘度であり、V5は25℃の温度、5rpmの回転速度およびCPA−52Zスピンドルでブルックフィールド粘度計で測定した前記放熱接着剤組成物の粘度を表す。 - 放熱接着剤組成物が塗布された面積の比率が、前記注入口が形成されたバッテリモジュールの一面の面積に対して70%〜99%である、請求項4または5に記載のバッテリパック製造方法。
- 注入口が形成されたバッテリモジュールの一面上に放熱接着層を形成する段階は、放熱接着剤組成物を塗布した後に硬化させる段階をさらに含む、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリパック製造方法。
- バッテリモジュールの品質を検査する段階は、一面に放熱接着剤組成物が塗布されたバッテリモジュールを、前記一面のうち放熱接着剤組成物が塗布されていないバッテリモジュール部位を支持するように支持部材を据え置く段階を含む、請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリパック製造方法。
