Abstract
Description
スルホン酸官能性シラン、エポキシ官能性シラン、エステル官能性シラン、ビニル官能性シラン、オレフィン官能性シラン、ハロゲン官能性シランおよび上記官能基のいずれかを有するかまたは全く有しない二極性シラン、が含まれる。シラン官能基の選択は、それが反応する有機材料の反応性に基づいてなされる。例えば、アミノ官能性シランは、熱可塑性樹脂と反応し、その熱可塑性樹脂はポリアクリレート、ポリアミド、

Claims (22)
- 第1基板層、第2基板層、並びに該第1基板層及び第2基板層の間に配置された放射吸収材料を有する作業スタックを提供するステップであって、該作業スタックは指定された液体を有するキャビティを含み、前記放射吸収材料と、前記第1基板層および第2基板層の少なくとも一方との間に結合界面が画定され、該結合界面は指定された液体の膜を有するステップと;
前記結合界面に所定の経路に沿って放射を向けて外周シールを形成するステップであって、該外周シールは前記キャビティを前記結合界面の外側領域から分離するように配置されているステップと;
前記第1基板層および第2基板層を共に固定するために前記結合界面の外側領域に放射を向けるステップであって、放射が前記外側領域に向けられるとき、前記外周シールにより前記外側領域から前記キャビティへの気泡の進入を妨げるステップと;

前記放射吸収材料を前記第1基板層上に配置するステップであって、該放射吸収材料を、側面開口キャビティを含むようにパターン化するステップと;

- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記作業スタックおよび前記第2基板層により、装置の少なくとも一部を形成し、前記第1基板層、前記放射吸収材料、および前記第2基板層を連続層とすることにより、前記装置を、前記作業スタックのキャビティの内外への指定された液体の流れを許容するポートを有しない構成とする、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記作業スタックを提供するステップが、前記第1基板層および第2基板層のうちの少なくとも一方に沿ってターゲット層を形成するステップを含み、該ターゲット層は、その上に指定されたパターンで配置された不透明材料を備える、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記放射吸収材料が、前記第1基板層と前記第2基板層との間に配置された別個の区域と、前記放射吸収材料の隣接する区域間の出口チャネルとを含み、該出口チャネルを、前記作業用スタックの外面およびリザーバの少なくとも一方と流体連通させ、前記指定された液体および気泡を、前記放射が前記外側領域に向けられるときに、前記結合界面の外側領域から出口チャネルに進入可能とする、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記作業スタックが複数の前記キャビティを含み、前記方法が、前記第1および第2基板層を固定した後に前記作業スタックをダイシングして複数のデバイスを形成するステップをさらに含む、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記作業スタックのキャビティは、撮像領域と、該撮像領域と前記放射吸収材料との間に存在する溝領域とを含み、前記撮像領域は撮像ターゲットを有し、溝領域はターゲットを有しない、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記放射吸収材料が透明層と不透明層とを備え、該不透明層により前記放射を吸収して複合ジョイントを形成する、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記第1および前記第2基板層を互いに固定するために照射される前記外側領域の部分を、前記外周シールの領域の少なくとも10倍とする、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記放射を前記所定の経路に沿って向けて前記外周シールを形成するステップと、該放射を前記外側領域に向けさせるステップとを、前記放射を連続的に向ける単一の放射セッション中に順次に実行し、前記放射を前記外側領域に向けるステップは、該外側領域を覆うようにレーザビームをラスタ状に向けるステップを含む、方法。
- 基板層と、該基板層に沿って配置された放射吸収材料とを備える多層スタックであって、該多層スタックが指定された液体を有するキャビティを備える多層スタックを備え;
前記放射吸収材料と前記基板層との間に結合界面が形成され、該結合界面は、前記放射吸収材料と前記基板層とを互いに固定する複合ジョイントを含み、該複合ジョイントは、前記キャビティに沿って延びる外周シールと、該外周シールを囲むフィールドジョイントとを含み、前記外周シールは、前記キャビティと前記フィールドジョイントとの間に配置されている、装置。 - 請求項12に記載の装置であって、前記外周シールと前記フィールドジョイントは異なる構成を有する、装置。
- 請求項12に記載の装置であって、前記指定された液体の残りが前記複合ジョイントに沿ってまたは前記複合ジョイント内存在し、前記外周シールが前記液体の残りと前記キャビティとの間に配置される、装置。
- 前記基板層が第1基板層である請求項12に記載の装置であって、該装置が第2基板層をさらに含み、前記第1基板層、前記放射吸収材料、および前記第2基板層が連続層であり、これにより,前記装置が前記内外への流れを許容するポートを有しない、装置。
- 請求項15に記載の装置であって、前記第1基板層または前記第2基板層の少なくとも一方に沿ってターゲット層をさらに備え、該ターゲット層はその上に指定されたパターンで配置された不透明材料を備える、装置。
- 請求項16に記載の装置であって、前記指定された液体は、光源によって励起されたときに発光する材料を含む、装置。
- 請求項15に記載の装置であって、前記第2基板層がフレキシブルメンブレンを備え、前記装置が前記キャビティ内に、またはこれに隣接して動作可能に配置されたアクチュエータをさらに含み、該アクチュエータは、前記キャビティ内の圧力を変化させ、前記フレキシブルメンブレンを移動させるように作動および停止されるように構成されている、装置。
- 請求項12に記載の装置であって、前記キャビティは、指定された撮像領域と、該指定された撮像領域と前記放射吸収材料との間に存在する溝領域とを含み、該指定された撮像領域は撮像ターゲットを有し、該溝領域はターゲットを有しない、装置。
- 基板層と;
放射吸収材料を備えるフレキシブルメンブレンであって、該放射吸収材料が基板層に沿って配置され、該フレキシブルメンブレンと該基板層との間にキャビティを画定し、その中に指定された液体を有するフレキシブルメンブレンと;
前記キャビティ内に、またはこれに隣接して動作可能に配置されているアクチュエータと、を備え;
前記放射吸収材料は、前記基板層と前記フレキシブルメンブレンとを互いに固定する複合ジョイントを形成し、前記複合ジョイントは、前記キャビティを囲む外周シールと、該外周シールを囲むフィールドジョイントとを含み、
前記アクチュエータは、前記キャビティ内の圧力を変化させて前記フレキシブルメンブレンを移動させるために作動および停止されるように構成される、装置。 - 請求項20に記載の装置であって、前記アクチュエータ、前記キャビティ内の前記指定された液体および前記フレキシブルメンブレンが、集合的に液体レンズまたは流体バルブとして動作する、装置。
- 請求項20に記載の装置であって、前記アクチュエータが、電極、圧電材料、および抵抗加熱器のうちの少なくとも1つを含むか、または光によって変調されるように構成されている、装置。
