- 前記集積デバイスと熱的に接続される温度センサをさらに有し、前記電子機器は、前記集積デバイスの温度を監視するために前記温度センサと接続されている、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のカプノメーター。
- 呼吸ガスが流れる流路を含む二酸化炭素(CO2)測定セルをさらに有し、前記光源は、前記集積デバイスの前記バンドパスフィルタ層に到達する前に、前記二酸化炭素測定セルの前記流路を通過する光を放射するように配される、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載のカプノメーター。
- 前記集積デバイスの前記赤外線吸収層は、セレン化鉛(PbSe)層である、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載のカプノメーター。
- 基板、
前記基板上に配されるセレン化鉛(PbSe)層、
前記基板上に配される、及び前記セレン化亜鉛層と電気接続される電極、並びに
前記基板上に配される、4.26ミクロンを含む通過帯域を持つバンドパスフィルタ層
を有する赤外線検出器。 - 前記バンドパスフィルタ層及び前記セレン化鉛層は、前記基板の同じ側に配され、前記セレン化鉛層は、前記基板と前記バンドパスフィルタ層との間に配されている、請求項11に記載の赤外線検出器。
- 前記バンドパスフィルタ層及び前記セレン化鉛層は、前記基板の同じ側に配され、前記バンドパスフィルタ層は、前記基板と前記セレン化鉛層との間に配されている、並びに前記基板は、4.26ミクロンの赤外線に対し透過である、請求項11に記載の赤外線検出器。
- 前記バンドパスフィルタ層は、干渉フィルタを規定する多層スタックを有する、請求項13に記載の赤外線検出器。
- 前記基板上に配される反射防止(AR)コーティング層をさらに有し、前記反射防振コーティング層は、前記セレン化鉛層及び前記バンドパスフィルタ層が配されている側とは反対側にある前記基板の側上にある、請求項13又は14に記載の赤外線検出器。
- 前記バンドパスフィルタ層及び前記セレン化鉛は、前記基板を挟んで配され、前記基板は、4.26ミクロンの赤外線に対し透過である、請求項11に記載の赤外線検出器。
- 前記バンドパスフィルタ層は、干渉フィルタを規定する多層スタックを有する、請求項16に記載の赤外線検出器。
- 4.26ミクロンの赤外線に対し透過である前記基板は、ケイ素、ゲルマニウム、セレン化亜鉛、サファイア、酸化チタン、氷晶石、フッ化マグネシウム、ジルコニア、硫化亜鉛、フッ化鉛、フッ化カドミウム、硫化カドミウム、硫化亜鉛、酸化タンタル、酸化ニオブ、フッ化アンチモン又はゼロデュアを有する、請求項13乃至17の何れか一項に記載の赤外線検出器。
- 前記セレン化鉛層は、0.5ミクロンから2.5ミクロンまでの間の厚さを持つ、請求項11乃至18の何れか一項に記載の赤外線検出器。
- 前記セレン化鉛層に到達するために、前記バンドパスフィルタ層を通過する光を放射するように配される光源、及び
前記セレン化鉛層の光伝導信号を測定するために、前記電極と接続される電子機器
をさらに有する、請求項11乃至19の何れか一項に記載の赤外線検出器。 - 前記光伝導信号は、前記セレン化鉛層にわたる抵抗、電流及び電圧の1つである、請求項20に記載の赤外線検出器。
- 前記基板、前記基板上に配される前記セレン化鉛層、前記基板上に配される前記電極、及び前記基板上に配される前記バンドパスフィルタ層を有する集積されるフィルタ/検出器装置と熱的に接続される温度センサをさらに有し、前記電子機器は、前記集積されるフィルタ/検出器装置の温度を監視するために、前記温度センサと接続されている、請求項20又は21に記載の赤外線検出器。
- 前記電子機器は、前記光伝導信号を二酸化炭素の分圧又は濃度値に変換するための信号処理回路を含む、請求項20乃至22の何れか一項に記載の赤外線検出器。
