Claims (12)
- 患者の身体部分(30)の皮下血管(31)を検出して操作するための検出装置(1、1a、1a’、1b、1c、1d、1e、1f、1g)であって、
前記身体部分を収容するための治療チャンバ(8)と、
データ処理制御装置(2)と、
前記治療チャンバ内で前記血管の血管構造データの位置及び/又は寸法を測定によって検出するための血管構造測定装置(3)と、
前記血管の前記位置及び/又は寸法を変更するための血管操作装置(4、4’、14、24、34、34’、44、54)と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記血管構造データに応じて前記血管操作装置を制御するように設計されている、
ことを特徴とする検出装置。 - 前記血管操作装置は加圧装置(4、4’、14、24)として設計され、前記加圧装置の前記制御は、接触圧の設定によって行われる、
請求項1に記載の検出装置。 - 前記血管操作装置は伝熱装置(34、34’、44)として設計され、前記伝熱装置の前記制御は、伝熱時間及び/又は伝熱出力を設定することによって行われる、
請求項1又は2に記載の検出装置。 - 前記血管操作装置は、前記治療チャンバ(8)内で前記身体部分(30)を支持する可動支持装置として設計され、前記可動支持装置の前記制御は、前記可動支持装置を制御するモータ(54a)を作動させることによって行われる、
請求項1、2又は3に記載の検出装置。 - 前記血管構造測定装置は、画像取り込み装置として設計され、光学的測定を含み、又は超音波測定に基づく、
請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記血管構造データに応じて前記血管操作装置を調整するように設計される、
請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記血管の前記位置及び/又は寸法の前記変更又は前記調整を所定の時間内に行うように設計される、
請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置。 - 前記加圧装置は、前記接触圧を測定するための力センサ又は圧力センサを含む、
請求項2及び請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置。 - 前記制御装置は、所定の又は制御装置が決定した最大接触圧が超過されないように設計される、
請求項8に記載の検出装置。 - 患者の身体部分の検出された血管の自動挿管のための挿管ロボット(50)であって、
請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置を備える、
ことを特徴とする挿管ロボット。 - 検出装置の動作方法(200)であって、
治療チャンバ内で血管の血管構造データを測定することによって、前記治療チャンバ内で前記血管の位置及び/又は寸法を検出するステップ(201)と、
任意に、前記血管構造データと、とりわけ前記血管の位置及び/又は寸法の所定の基準値を含む比較データとを比較するステップ(202)と、
制御装置によって制御される血管操作装置によって、前記血管の位置及び/又は寸法を前記血管構造データに応じて変更するステップ(203)と、を含む、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 患者の身体部位の血管の皮下挿管方法であって、
請求項11に記載の方法ステップと、
血管操作装置によって前記血管の位置及び/又は寸法を変更する前記ステップの後に、前記操作された血管の自動挿管を行うステップと、を含む、
