Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 無線通信システムにおいて動作するユーザ端末(UE)によって行われる方法であって、
前記UEが空中状態にあるか、地上にあるか、旋回(hovering)しているかの前記UEの現状をネットワークが把握できるように用いられる、前記UEの位置情報を前記ネットワークに通知するステップと、
前記UEの前記通知された位置情報に関連する測定報告のためのトリガリング条件(triggering conditions)を受信するステップと、
サービングセルに対する測定を行うステップと、
前記サービングセルに対する前記トリガリング条件のうち少なくとも1つが満たされる場合、前記サービングセルに対する測定結果を報告するステップと、を含む、方法。 - 前記サービングセルに対するトリガリング条件は、
前記UEの水平速度が閾値より速い条件、
前記UEの水平速度が閾値より遅い条件、
前記UEの垂直速度が閾値より速い条件、
前記UEの垂直速度が閾値より遅い条件、
前記UEの高度が閾値より高い条件、又は、
前記UEの高度が閾値より低い条件、
のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - さらに、前記サービングセルに対する測定結果によって、無線リンク関連パラメータを再構成するための無線リソース制御(Radio resource Control:RRC)メッセージを受信するステップ、又は、
前記サービングセルに対する前記測定結果によって、ハンドオーバー命令メッセージを受信するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記測定結果は、前記UEの現在位置情報、タイムスタンプに関する情報、参照シンボル受信電力(Reference symbol received power:RSRP)又は参照シンボル受信品質(Reference symbol received quality:RSRQ)のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記UEは、RRCConnectionSetupCompleteメッセージ、RRCConnectionResumeCompleteメッセージ又はRRCConnectionReestablishmentCompleteメッセージによって前記UEの位置情報を前記ネットワークに通知する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記UEがRRC接続状態にあるとき、前記測定報告のためのトリガリング条件がRRCメッセージで受信される、又は、
前記UEがRRC遊休モードにあるとき、前記測定報告のためのトリガリング条件がサービス情報ブロック(SIB:Service Information Block)メッセージで受信される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記UEは、空中飛行体である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記UEの位置情報は、水平速度、垂直速度又は高度のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 無線通信システムにおいて動作するユーザ端末(UE)であって、
無線周波数(RF)モジュールと、
前記RFモジュールと動作可能に結合するプロセッサと、を含み、
前記プロセッサは、
前記UEが空中状態にあるか、地上にあるか、旋回(hovering)しているかの前記UEの現状をネットワークが把握できるように用いられる、前記UEの位置情報を前記ネットワークに通知し、
前記UEの前記通知された位置情報に関連する測定報告のためのトリガリング条件(triggering conditions)を受信し、
サービングセルに対する測定を行い、
前記サービングセルに対する前記トリガリング条件のうち少なくとも1つが満たされる場合、前記サービングセルに対する測定結果を報告するように構成された、UE。 - 前記サービングセルに対するトリガリング条件は、
前記UEの水平速度が閾値より速い条件、
前記UEの水平速度が閾値より遅い条件、
前記UEの垂直速度が閾値より速い条件、
前記UEの垂直速度が閾値より遅い条件、
前記UEの高度が閾値より高い条件、又は、
前記UEの高度が閾値より低い条件、
のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項9に記載のUE。 - 前記プロセッサは、さらに、前記サービングセルに対する測定結果によって、無線リンク関連パラメータを再構成するための無線リソース制御(Radio resource Control:RRC)メッセージを受信するように構成される、又は、
前記プロセッサは、さらに、前記サービングセルに対する前記測定結果によって、ハンドオーバー命令メッセージを受信するように構成される、請求項9に記載のUE。 - 前記測定結果は、前記UEの現在位置情報、タイムスタンプに関する情報、参照シンボル受信電力(Reference symbol received power:RSRP)又は参照シンボル受信品質(Reference symbol received quality:RSRQ)のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項9に記載のUE。
- 前記UEは、RRCConnectionSetupCompleteメッセージ、RRCConnectionResumeCompleteメッセージ又はRRCConnectionReestablishmentCompleteメッセージによって前記UEの位置情報を前記ネットワークに通知する、請求項9に記載のUE。
- 前記UEがRRC接続状態にあるとき、前記測定報告のためのトリガリング条件がRRCメッセージで受信される、又は、
前記UEがRRC遊休モードにあるとき、前記測定報告のためのトリガリング条件がサービス情報ブロック(SIB:Service Information Block)メッセージで受信される、請求項9に記載のUE。 - 前記UEは、空中飛行体である、請求項9に記載のUE。
- 前記UEの位置情報は、水平速度、垂直速度又は高度のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項9に記載のUE。
