Abstract
Description
この場合、抗菌層は、酸化ジルコニウム層を介してチタン表面に結合されてもよい。
清浄な金属チタン片をビニルホスホン酸の15重量%水溶液に入れる。チタン対極を直流電源の負端子に接続する。電圧を1〜300Vの間に調整し、上記電源の正端子に接続したチタン棒を1〜30秒間上記チタン片に接触させる。
清浄なチタンスクリューを11−ヒドロキシウンデシルホスホン酸の15mMエタノール溶液に30分間入れ、取り出し、風乾する。この有機ホスホン酸で被覆したスクリューを、170℃に設定したオーブンに減圧下で4時間入れる。このスクリューを真空下で冷却する。チタン表面上に有機ホスホナートが存在することをIR分光分析によって確認する。有機ホスホナート部分を含む結合した有機リン層の一部は以下のように表される(反応性有機リン層)。
チタン板を市販の洗剤中に入れ、次いで超音波処理し、水ですすぎ、減圧下で乾燥することにより清浄化する。このチタン板を石英チャンバー中に入れ、25Wの酸素プラズマで処理する。11−ヒドロキシウンデシルホスホン酸及びMDPB抗菌性モノマーを用い、実施例2と同様にして、上記チタン板に抗菌層を結合させる。
実施例1によるチタン片及び未処理試料を1×1cmの正方形に切断し、70%アルコールで消毒し、アルゴンで乾燥する。消毒した試料を無菌的に滅菌24ウェルポリスチレンディッシュのウェルに個々に移す。MSSA 29213の終夜培養物を、ASTM E2149作業緩衝液(0.3mM KH2PO4、pH7.2)中でOD600=0.005(約1〜4E+06 CFU/mL)に希釈する。
Claims (30)
- 表面であり、前記表面上に配置された抗菌層を有する前記表面を備える物品であって、
前記抗菌層が、有機リン層と、前記有機リン層に結合した抗菌性オリゴマーまたは抗菌性ポリマーとを含み、
前記抗菌性オリゴマーまたは抗菌性ポリマーがアンモニウム塩またはピリジニウム塩を含む前記物品。 - 前記表面が金属を含む、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記表面が、チタン、チタン合金、ステンレス鋼、コバルトクロム合金、ニッケル、モリブデン、タンタル、ジルコニウム、マグネシウム、またはニッケル、モリブデン、タンタル、ジルコニウム、及びマグネシウムの1種または複数種を含有する合金を含む、請求項1または2に記載の物品。
- 前記表面がチタンを含む、先行請求項のいずれかに記載の物品。
- ポリマー表面を備える、請求項1に記載の物品。
- ポリアミド、ポリウレタン、ポリ尿素、ポリエステル、ポリケトン、ポリイミド、ポリスルフィド、ポリスルホキシド、ポリスルホン、ポリチオフェン、ポリピリジン、ポリピロール、ポリエーテル、シリコーン、ポリシロキサン、ポリサッカライド、フルオロポリマー、ポリイミド、ポリペプチド、ポリエチレン、ポリスチレン、ポリプロピレン、ガラス強化エポキシ、液晶ポリマー、ビスマレイミド−トリアジン(BT)樹脂、ベンゾシクロブテンポリマー、Ajinomoto Buildup Film(ABF)、またはガラス及びエポキシの低熱膨張係数(CTE)フィルムを含む表面を備える、請求項1に記載の物品。
- ポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)、ポリアミド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)またはポリエーテルケトンケトン(PEKK)を含む表面を備える、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記抗菌性オリゴマーまたは抗菌性ポリマーがアンモニウム塩を含む、先行請求項のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 前記抗菌性オリゴマーまたは抗菌性ポリマーがピリジニウム塩を含む、先行請求項のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 前記抗菌性オリゴマーまたは抗菌性ポリマーが、メタクリロイルオキシドデシルピリジニウム塩、メタクリロイルオキシヘキサデシルピリジニウム塩、メタクリロイルオキシデシルトリエチルアンモニウム塩、4−ヘキサデシルメタクリロイルオキシエチルピリジニウム塩、メタクリロイルオキシエチルヘキサデシルビピリジミウム塩、メタクリロイルオキシドデシルトリメチルホスホニウム塩、メタクリロイルオキシオクタデシルトリエチルホスホニウム塩、4−メタクリロイルオキシエチルドデシルピリジニウム塩、ジ(4−ビニルベンジル)ヘキサデシルメチルアンモニウム塩、ジ(メタクリロイルオキシエチル)ドデシルメチルアンモニウム塩、及びメタクリロイルオキシエチル(4−N−ヘキサデシルピリジニルメチル)スクシナートハライドからなる群より選択されるモノマーの1種または複数種の抗菌性モノマー単位を含む、先行請求項のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 前記有機基がC2〜C24ヒドロカルビル基を含む、先行請求項のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 前記有機基がC2〜C5ヒドロカルビル基を含む、先行請求項のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 前記抗菌性オリゴマーまたは抗菌性ポリマーが、−O(CO)C(CH3)2−、−NH(CO)C(CH3)2−、または−S(CO)C(CH3)2−部分を含有する、先行請求項のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 前記抗菌層が酸化物層を含み、前記有機リン層が、ホスフィナート、ホスホナート、またはホスファート部分を介して前記酸化物層に共有結合している、先行請求項のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 医療機器及びインプラントからなる群より選択される、先行請求項のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 有機リン不飽和モノマーを物品の表面上に沈着させて不飽和有機リン層を形成することと、
1種または複数種の抗菌性不飽和モノマーを前記不飽和有機リン層と反応させることと
を含む、抗菌性表面を備える物品の製造方法。 - 前記物品が、チタン、チタン合金、ステンレス鋼、コバルトクロム合金、ニッケル、モリブデン、タンタル、ジルコニウム、マグネシウム、またはニッケル、モリブデン、タンタル、ジルコニウム、及びマグネシウムの1種または複数種を含有する合金を含む表面を備える、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記物品表面がチタンを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記物品がポリマー表面を備える、請求項16に記載の方法。

- 前記有機リンモノマーを前記物品表面上に沈着させることが陽極酸化を含む、請求項16〜20のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 抗菌性表面を備える物品の製造方法であって、
反応性有機リン化合物を前記物品の表面上に沈着させて、反応性有機リン層を形成することと、
前記反応性有機リン層をATRP開始剤と反応させて、開始剤有機リン層を形成することと、
1種または複数種の抗菌性不飽和モノマーを前記開始剤有機リン層と反応させることと
を含み、
前記抗菌性不飽和モノマーがアンモニウム塩またはピリジニウム塩を含む前記方法。 - 前記物品が、チタン、チタン合金、ステンレス鋼、コバルトクロム合金、ニッケル、モリブデン、タンタル、ジルコニウム、マグネシウム、またはニッケル、モリブデン、タンタル、ジルコニウム、及びマグネシウムの1種または複数種を含有する合金を含む表面を備える、請求項23に記載の方法。
