- ユーザの頭部に接触して信号を検出するバイオセンサが設けられたメガネであって、
それぞれのレンズ(4)を支持するフロントフレーム(2)と、横方向に対向する両側において前記フレームに関節状に連結される一対の側面(6)と、鼻支持装置(8)とを備え、前記側面(6)のそれぞれが、縦の伸長の方向に延びるとともに前記側面の端部(6a)に延在された側面本体(6a)を有し、その内部には前記頭部と接触可能であるセンサ(25)が一体化され、
前記側面の端部(6b)は、前記側面本体(6a)に連結された共通端部(27)から、お互いから所定距離を置いて前記側面(6)の前記縦の伸長の方向へ延びる一対のアーム(26a、26b)を備え、
前記アームの一方(26a)には、導電性金属材料からなるコア(30)を収容するための内部キャビティ(29)が設けられ、
前記アーム(26a、26b)の両方は、弾性的に撓みやすい導電性の材料からなる、メガネ。 - 請求項1に記載のメガネにおいて、前記アーム(26a、26b)はエラストマーまたはゴムからなる、メガネ。
- 請求項1または2に記載のメガネにおいて、前記アーム(26a、26b)は、前記側面本体(6a)に接続された前記端部(27)に向かい合う前記側面の端部(6b)の自由端に相互接続されており、前記方向へ長くなるとともに閉外形状の輪郭を備えた溝付き貫通孔(28)が前記アームの間に規定されたままである、メガネ。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のメガネにおいて、前記金属コア(30)は、前記側面本体(6a)に接続された前記アームの前記共通端部(27)に、前記側面本体に係合するとともに、前記側面本体に収容された電子モジュール(32)に電気的に接続可能であるまたは前記側面本体に挿入されたフレキシブルPCBに直接に電気的に接続可能である肢(31)内に長くなる、メガネ。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のメガネにおいて、前記側面の端部(6b)における前記アーム(26a、26b)は、射出成形技術を用いて作られ、2つの前記アームのうち一方(26a)は、前記金属コア(30)上にオーバーモールドされている、メガネ。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のメガネにおいて、前記コア(30)は、前記側面の端部(6b)の形状が前記ユーザの頭部に適合するために調節可能であるように、可塑的に変形可能である、メガネ。
- 請求項4に記載のメガネにおいて、前記側面本体(6a)は、特別に取外し自在なカバー(34)によって閉鎖可能であるハウジング(33)を備え、前記センサ(25)によって検出された信号を伝導するために前記コア(30)に電気的に接続された前記電子回路(32)は、前記ハウジング内に収容され、前記肢(31)は、前記電子モジュールに前記コア(30)を電気的に接続するために前記ハウジング(33)の内部へ突出している、メガネ。
- 請求項4に記載のメガネにおいて、前記側面本体(6a)は、特別に取外し自在なカバー(34)によって閉鎖可能であるハウジング(33)を備え、前記電子モジュール(32)と前記電子モジュールに電気エネルギーを供給するためのバッテリとが前記ハウジング内に収容されている、メガネ。
- 請求項7に記載のメガネにおいて、電気エネルギーを供給するためのバッテリ(45)は、前記電子モジュールと一緒に前記ハウジング内に収容され、前記バッテリと前記電子モジュールとは電気的に相互接続されている、メガネ。
- 請求項5に記載のメガネにおいて、前記側面(6)のそれぞれは、前記金属コア(30)に係合する前記肢(31)上に前記側面本体(6a)をオーバーインジェクトするとともに前記金属コア上に前記側面の端部(6b)を続けてオーバーインジェクトすることを用いて作られる、メガネ。
