Claims (10)
- 冷蔵庫の風量調整装置において、前記冷蔵庫が、
第1コンパートメントと第2コンパートメントとが規定される筐体であって、第1コンパートメントと第2コンパートメントとの後部には第1コンパートメントに連通する第1吸気室と、第2コンパートメントに連通する第2吸気室とが設けられた筐体と、
筐体の底部に配置された圧縮機と、
筐体の蒸発器室内に配置され、前記第1コンパートメントと第2コンパートメントとに冷気を供給可能な蒸発器と、を備え、
前記風量調整装置が前記第1コンパートメントと第2コンパートメントとの後部に配置され、前記風量調整装置が、ファンと、第1吸気室と第2吸気室の間に配置された遮蔽板とを備え、前記ファンが蒸発器からの冷気を前記第1吸気室および第2吸気室へ導入可能であり、前記遮蔽板が複数の位置の間で移動することで前記第1吸気室と第2吸気室とに進入する風量を調整可能であり、前記冷蔵庫が前記圧縮機と前記風量調整装置とに接続されたコントローラを更に備える、風量調整装置であって、
前記風量調整装置は、遮蔽板の前後両側にそれぞれ接続された操作つまみおよびポテンショメータを更に備え、前記操作つまみは、前記第1コンパートメントと第2コンパートメントとの何れか一方の内部に配置され、前記ポテンショメータは、前記コントローラに接続され、前記操作つまみは、前記遮蔽板が移動するように操作可能であり、前記ポテンショメータは、前記遮蔽板の位置に対応する電気信号をコントローラへ伝達し、前記コントローラは、前記ファンの回転数を制御し、または前記圧縮機のオンとオフを制御することを特徴とする風量調整装置。 - 前記操作つまみは、ノブとして構成され、前記ノブは、前記遮蔽板を複数の位置の間で回転させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の風量調整装置。
- 前記第1コンパートメントは、冷蔵室として構成され、前記第2コンパートメントは、冷凍室として構成され、前記風量調整装置は、前記冷凍室の後部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の風量調整装置。
- 前記筐体は、前記冷凍室の後部に配置された前蓋板と、前記前蓋板に接続された後蓋板とを更に備え、前記第1吸気室および前記第2吸気室は、前記前蓋板と前記後蓋板との間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の風量調整装置。
- 前記ポテンショメータは、前記後蓋板に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の風量調整装置。
- 前記冷蔵庫が少なくとも3つのモードの間で切替可能となるように、前記操作つまみは、前記遮蔽板を少なくとも3つの位置の間で移動させることが可能であり、第1位置では、前記冷蔵室の吸気風量が前記冷凍室の吸気風量に略等しく、前記冷蔵庫が通常モードで運転し、第2位置では、前記冷蔵室の吸気風量が前記冷凍室の吸気風量より小さく、前記冷蔵庫が急速冷却モードで運転し、第3位置では、前記冷蔵室の吸気風量が前記冷凍室の吸気風量より大きく、前記冷蔵庫が冷凍から冷蔵へ切り替えるモードで運転することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の風量調整装置。
- 前記急速冷却モードにおいて、前記コントローラは、前記ファンの回転数が通常モードよりも10%増加するように制御し、冷凍から冷蔵へ切り替えるモードにおいて、前記コントローラは、ファンの回転数が通常モードよりも10%減少するように制御することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の風量調整装置。
- 前記風量調整装置は、前記前蓋板と前記後蓋板とを通過する柱状本体を更に備え、前記遮蔽板は、前記柱状本体に固定され、前記操作つまみと前記ポテンショメータは、それぞれ前記柱状本体の両端に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の風量調整装置。
- 前記前蓋板の前部には、前記冷凍室の後板が配置され、前記前蓋板と前記冷凍室の前記後板との間には、前記冷凍室に連通する冷凍通風路が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の風量調整装置。
- 前記前蓋板と前記冷凍室の前記後板との間には、フォーム保温層が配置され、前記冷凍通風路は、前記前蓋板と前記フォーム保温層との間に位置することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の風量調整装置。
