Claims (7)
- 立体物の表面に現れる画像の少なくとも一部が媒体に印刷された2次元印刷物のための2次元データと、前記2次元印刷物における係合部としての印刷物側係合部と位置決め状態で係合する係合部としての造形物側係合部を備え、前記造形物側係合部に前記印刷物側係合部が係合されることによって前記立体物を構成する3次元造形物の3次元データとを前記立体物の3次元データに基づいて生成するデータ生成ステップと、
前記データ生成ステップによって生成された2次元データに基づいて2次元プリンターによって前記2次元印刷物を生成する2次元印刷物生成ステップと、
前記データ生成ステップによって生成された3次元データに基づいて3次元プリンターによって前記3次元造形物を生成する3次元造形物生成ステップと、
前記3次元造形物生成ステップによって生成された前記3次元造形物の前記造形物側係合部に、前記2次元印刷物生成ステップによって生成された前記2次元印刷物の前記印刷物側係合部を係合することによって前記立体物を生成する立体物生成ステップと
を備えることを特徴とする立体物製造方法。 - 前記造形物側係合部は、前記印刷物側係合部と係合することによって、前記2次元印刷物の前記3次元造形物に対する、平面方向と、前記平面方向に直交する直交方向との少なくとも一方の方向における位置を位置決めすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の立体物製造方法。
- 前記造形物側係合部は、前記平面方向と平行に延設された溝であり、前記溝の内部で前記印刷物側係合部と係合することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の立体物製造方法。
- 前記溝は、前記2次元印刷物の外郭の全周に沿う形状であって、前記立体物が前記直交方向から視認された場合に前記外郭の全周が前記溝の内部に隠れる形状で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の立体物製造方法。
- 前記3次元造形物は、前記造形物側係合部に対する前記印刷物側係合部の位置決めのために前記2次元印刷物の少なくとも一部の形状に対応する形状を有する位置決め部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれかに記載の立体物製造方法。
- 前記3次元造形物は、前記印刷物側係合部が前記造形物側係合部に係合された前記2次元印刷物の端部の少なくとも一部を覆う端部カバー部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれかに記載の立体物製造方法。
- 立体物の表面に現れる画像の少なくとも一部が媒体に印刷された2次元印刷物と、
前記2次元印刷物における係合部としての印刷物側係合部と位置決め状態で係合する係合部としての造形物側係合部を備える3次元造形物と
を備える前記立体物であって、
前記2次元印刷物は、前記印刷物側係合部が前記造形物側係合部に係合され、
前記3次元造形物は、前記造形物側係合部に対する前記印刷物側係合部の位置決めのために前記2次元印刷物の少なくとも一部の形状に対応する形状を有する位置決め部を備えることを特徴とする立体物。
