［保湿効果試験］
・前腕内側部をあらかじめ決められた石鹸（商品名：ノブソープＤ）を用いて洗浄し、前腕の水分をふき取る。
・２１±０．５℃、相対湿度５０±５％の環境下で１５分安静にし馴化する。
・左右前腕に４箇所ずつ３．０ｃｍ×３．０ｃｍの領域を記し、塗布前の角質水分量を測定する。表１に記載の実施例若しくは比較例を合計９μＬ塗布して、塗布後１時間後の角質水分量を測定した。
なお、被験者は、試験前１週間前腕内側に化粧料を使用しないよう指導のもと試験を行い、各測定領域につき５回測定した平均値を測定値とした。各試験のｎ数は２０である。また、角質水分量はＩＢＳ社製ＳＫＩＣＯＮ−２００ＥＸを用いて測定した、角質水分量は、溶媒のみを塗布した部位の水分変化量を１とした相対値で算出し表１にあわせて示した。 [Moisturizing effect test]
