入容量として付加するものとし、逐次計算を行う。
排水口の詰まり状況や様々な水流のヘッドロス、また道路上の薄い流れも含めた流下能力とする。
Claims (2)
- ランダムに配置する地上雨量計観測値から、降雨の時空間分布を解析的に活用できるよう、地盤高メッシュに合わせた適切な間隔の格子点を設定し、その格子点の短時間雨量値を求め、中小河川流域、下水道排水区等の到達(流達)時間内移動平均降雨強度を求める手法。地上雨量計観測値と合わせてレーダー雨量計観測値を補完的に用いる手法も含む。
- 中小河川流域(無破堤)、下水道排水区等の流達(到達)時間内移動平均降雨強度から時々刻々の、水害危険区域とその想定浸水深を算出(主に内水氾濫)し、外水(洪水、高潮、津波)による水害危険区域と合わせて表示する手法。
