Claims (11)
- 板金部材表面の所定位置に所定長さの繊維束を熱硬化性樹脂を介して配置する配置工程の後に、前記板金部材の少なくとも一部に塗装工程により塗膜を形成し、該塗膜の加熱乾燥工程において、前記熱硬化性樹脂の加熱硬化をも行い、前記繊維束を前記板金部材に接着することを特長とする板金部材成形方法。
- 前記熱硬化性樹脂の少なくとも一部は、前記繊維束にあらかじめ含浸されたものであることを特長とする請求項1に記載の板金部材成形方法。
- 前記熱硬化性樹脂の少なくとも一部は、前記配置工程において接着材として別途供給されるものであることを特長とする請求項1または2に記載の板金部材成形方法。
- 前記配置工程と前記塗装工程との間において、前記配置工程に引き続くプレス工程により、前記繊維束が配置された前記板金部材のプレス成形を行うことを特長とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の板金部材成形方法。
- 前記配置工程とそれに続く前記プレス工程とを複数回繰り返すことにより、前記板金部材のプレス成型を順次行うことを特長とする請求項4に記載の板金部材成形方法。
- 前記所定位置が、前記プレス工程でのプレス成型に於ける非変形領域に位置することを特長とする請求項4または5に記載の板金部材成形方法。
- 前記加熱乾燥工程の前に、前記繊維束が配置された前記板金部材に対し、前記繊維束を挟み込むように第2の板金部材を重ね合わせることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の板金部材成形方法。
- 前記配置工程において、前記繊維束、前記板金部材の少なくとも前記所定位置近傍の少なくとも一方を、前記熱硬化性樹脂の硬化温度未満の温度に加熱することを特長とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の板金部材成形方法。
- 前記繊維束が炭素繊維を含むものであること特長とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の板金部材成形方法。
- 前記接着材が炭素繊維を含むものであること特長とする請求項3に記載の板金部材成形方法。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれかの板金部材成形方法を実行することを特長とする板金部材成形装置。
