Claims (8)
- 交流電圧の印加によって直流電圧を生成し、前記直流電圧を出力する第1及び第2の出力端を有する整流回路と、
前記第1及び第2の出力端にドレイン及びソースが接続されたトランジスタと、
前記第1及び第2の出力端間の電圧に応じて前記トランジスタのゲート電圧を制御するゲート駆動回路と、
一端に前記トランジスタの前記ドレインが接続されかつ他端に前記トランジスタの前記ゲートに接続されたキャパシタと、を有することを特徴とする受電装置。 - 前記キャパシタの静電容量は、前記トランジスタのゲート容量よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の受電装置。
- コイル及びキャパシタを有し、前記コイルへの交流磁界の印加によって交流電圧を生成して前記整流回路に供給する共振回路を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の受電装置。
- 前記共振回路は、13.56Mhzの共振周波数を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の受電装置。
- 前記ゲート駆動回路は、基準電圧を生成する基準電圧生成回路と、前記基準電圧と前記第1及び第2の出力端間の電圧とを比較する電圧比較回路と、前記第1及び第2の出力端間の電圧が前記基準電圧よりも高い場合は前記キャパシタの前記他端に電荷を注入し、前記第1及び第2の出力端間の電圧が前記基準電圧よりも低い場合は前記キャパシタの前記他端から電荷を放出する電流源回路と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の受電装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の出力端間の電圧を制限する制限電圧を調節する制限電圧調節回路を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の受電装置。
- 前記制限電圧調節回路は、前記第1及び第2の出力端間の電圧を測定する出力電圧測定回路と、前記出力電圧測定回路によって測定された第1及び第2の出力端間の電圧に基づいて前記制限電圧を設定する制限電圧設定回路と、を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の受電装置。
- 前記制限電圧設定回路は、前記整流回路が前記直流電圧の出力を開始した後の第1の期間においては前記制限電圧を第1の値に設定し、前記第1の期間の後の第2の期間においては前記制限電圧を前記第1の値よりも高い第2の値に設定することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の受電装置。
