Abstract
Description
(a)前記混合した充填材のゲル化時間が900秒以下、
(b)スラリーA及びBを作液後、直ちに混合した充填材のゲル化時間(GT0)と、作液後それぞれ30分練置いた後に混合した充填材のゲル化時間(GT30)の比(GT30/GT0)が、0.5〜1.5、
(c)材齢1時間の圧縮強度が0.3N/mm2以上
〔2〕可溶性硫酸塩が硫酸アルミニウムである〔1〕に記載の充填材。
〔3〕ポルトランドセメント100質量部に対して、高炉スラグが40〜600質量部、カルシウムアルミネート類が13〜100質量部、石膏が13〜100質量部、可溶性硫酸塩が0.6〜5質量部、及び凝結調整剤が0.01〜2質量部である〔1〕または〔2〕に記載の充填材。
(a)前記混合した充填材のゲル化時間が900秒以下、
(b)スラリーA及びBを作液後、直ちに混合した充填材のゲル化時間(GT0)と、作液後それぞれ30分練置いた後に混合した充填材のゲル化時間(GT30)の比(GT30/GT0)が、0.5〜1.5、
(c)材齢1時間の圧縮強度が0.3N/mm2以上
これにより、任意のゲル化時間の調整が可能であって、スラリーA及びBを作液後、直ちに混合した充填材のゲル化時間と、スラリーA及びBをそれぞれしばらく練り置いた後に混合した充填材のゲル化時間の差が小さく、初期強度発現性に優れる充填材を得られる。
A;ポルトランドセメント1;普通ポルトランドセメント(太平洋セメント株式会社製、ブレーン値3,200cm2/g)
B;ポルトランドセメント2;超微粒子セメント(普通ポルトランドセメントをブレーン値9,500cm2/gに粉砕・分級、試作品)
C;高炉スラグ1;高炉水砕スラグ(株式会社デイ・シイ社製、ブレーン値4,000cm2/g)
D;高炉スラグ2;高炉水砕スラグ(ブレーン値9,000cm2/g、試作品)
E;分散剤;高性能減水剤(商品名「マイティ150」、花王社製)
F;カルシウムアルミネート類;カルシウムアルミネート(12CaO・7Al2O3組成のガラス、ブレーン値5,500cm2/g、試製品)
G;石膏;II型無水石膏(セントラル硝子株式会社製、ブレーン値7,000cm2/g)
H;可溶性硫酸塩1;硫酸アルミニウム(市販試薬)
I;可溶性硫酸塩2;硫酸ナトリウム(市販試薬)
J;凝結調整剤;クエン酸(市販試薬)と炭酸ナトリウム(市販試薬)を等量混合
(1)ゲル化時間;作液したスラリーA及びBをカップで混合し、混合してからカップを傾倒しても流れなくなるまでの時間。
(2)圧縮強度;JIS A 1216「土の一軸圧縮試験方法」に準じて測定。測定は、スラリーA及びBを混合してから1時間後。
(3)充填性試験;内径5cm×長さ120cmの透明な円筒形アクリルモールド内に、充填材を高さ100cmまで投入。充填材のゲル化後、未充填箇所の有無を目視により確認し、充填性の良否を評価。
Claims (3)
- ポルトランドセメントと高炉スラグを含有するスラリーAと、カルシウムアルミネート類、石膏、可溶性硫酸塩(石膏を含まない)及び凝結調整剤を含有するスラリーBを混合した充填材であり、次の(a)〜(c)を具備する。
(a)前記混合した充填材のゲル化時間が900秒以下、
(b)スラリーA及びBを作液後、直ちに混合した充填材のゲル化時間(GT0)と、作液後それぞれ30分練置いた後に混合した充填材のゲル化時間(GT30)の比(GT30/GT0)が、0.5〜1.5、
(c)材齢1時間の圧縮強度が0.3N/mm2以上 - 前記可溶性硫酸塩が硫酸アルミニウムである請求項1に記載の充填材。
- 前記ポルトランドセメント100質量部に対して、高炉スラグが40〜600質量部、カルシウムアルミネート類が13〜100質量部、石膏が13〜100質量部、可溶性硫酸塩が0.6〜5質量部、及び凝結調整剤が0.01〜2質量部である請求項1または2に記載の充填材。
