Claims (10)
- 少なくとも2つの引込みシリンダ取付け具(33)、特にボルト取付け具の側面に、引込みシリンダを伸縮自在ブームに固定するように設けられた結合部(1)を備え、前記引込みシリンダ取付け具の軸受板は、前記引込みシリンダ取付け具から前記伸縮自在ブームの構造に負荷を伝達するための金属板箱構造であり、
前記金属板箱構造は、3つの部分引き込みシリンダ箱(40、50、60)により構成され、2つの前記部分引込みシリンダ箱(40、50)は、前記結合部(1)と平行で、外殻の下部の横方向の領域に互いに対向し、一方、3つ目の前記部分引込みシリンダ箱(60)は、前記結合部(1)を横断するように延びることを特徴とする伸縮自在ブーム。 - 請求項1に記載の伸縮自在ブームにおいて、
3つの前記部分引き込みシリンダ箱(40、50、60)は、それぞれ、2つの側壁、1つのカバー板、及び1つの端板を含むことを特徴とする伸縮自在ブーム。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の伸縮自在ブームにおいて、
3つ目の前記部分引き込みシリンダ箱(60)は、前記引込みシリンダ取付け具(33)を有する端部と対向する前記部分引込みシリンダ箱(40、50)のそれぞれの端部と隣接することを特徴とする伸縮自在ブーム。 - 請求項3に記載の伸縮自在ブームにおいて、
3つ目の前記部分引き込みシリンダ箱(60)は、前記部分引込みシリンダ箱(40、50)と溶接されていることを特徴とする伸縮自在ブーム。 - 請求項4に記載の伸縮自在ブームにおいて、
実質的に平行な前記部分引込みシリンダ箱(40、50)の金属板は、3つ目の前記部分引込みシリンダ箱(60)の金属板を少なくとも部分的に貫いていることを特徴とする伸縮自在ブーム。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の伸縮自在ブームにおいて、
前記結合部(1)における前記外殻の下部に形成される少なくとも1つの座屈支柱(12、13)は、前記結合部(1)を横断して延びる前記部分引込みシリンダ箱(60)にまで延びていることを特徴とする伸縮自在ブーム。 - 請求項6に記載の伸縮自在ブームにおいて、
前記結合部(1)における前記外殻の下部に形成される、少なくとも1つの前記座屈支柱(12、13)は、前記部分引込みシリンダ箱(60)と溶接されていることを特徴とする伸縮自在ブーム。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の伸縮自在ブームにおいて、
付加的な金属板箱構造(70)は、前記結合部(1)における前記外殻の下部の下方において、互いに平行に配置された前記部分引込みシリンダ箱(40、50)と互いに連結していることを特徴とする伸縮自在ブーム。 - 請求項8に記載の伸縮自在ブームにおいて、
付加的な前記金属板箱構造(70)は、互いに隣接する2つの前記部分引込みシリンダ箱(40、50)の間の中心(M)において、前記結合部(1)における前記外殻の下部と接続されていることを特徴とする伸縮自在ブーム。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の前記伸縮自在ブームを備えるクレーン、特に可動式クレーン。
