Claims (5)
- 入力される電力を直流電力に変換して出力する入力電力処理部と、
前記入力電力処理部から出力される直流電力の電圧レベルを検出する入力電圧検出部と、
前記入力電圧検出部により検出された電圧レベルを用いて電磁接触器のコイルに流れる電流の制御のための制御信号を出力する制御部と、
前記制御部の制御信号に基づいてスイッチングして前記コイルに流れる電流を通電又は遮断するスイッチング部とを含み、
前記制御部は、前記スイッチング部に電気的に接続されて前記コイルのノイズを遮断するゲートドライバを含むことを特徴とする電磁接触器のコイル駆動装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記入力電圧検出部により検出された電圧レベルと所定の基準レベルとを比較して比較結果に基づくPWM信号を生成するマイクロコントローラをさらに含み、
前記ゲートドライバは、前記PWM信号を増幅して前記スイッチング部に伝達することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁接触器のコイル駆動装置。 - 前記ゲートドライバは、フォトカプラであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電磁接触器のコイル駆動装置。
- 前記コイルの両端に並列に接続されるフライホイール部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁接触器のコイル駆動装置。
- 前記フライホイール部は、ショットキーダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電磁接触器のコイル駆動装置。
