Claims (5)
- 車両の運転者の情報を取得する運転者情報取得部と、
前記車両が破損した可能性があることを検出する検出部と、
取得された運転者情報にもとづいて、前記車両の破損の可能性が検出されたときの当該車両の運転者を特定する特定部と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両システム。 - 前記検出部は、
前記車両が障害物と接触した可能性の有無を取得する第1取得部と、
前記障害物と接触した可能性がある場合、前記車両が破損した可能性があると判定する第1判定部と、
前記車両の故障情報を取得する第2取得部と、
前記故障情報にもとづいて前記車両が破損した可能性があるか否か判定する第2判定部と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両システム。 - 前記車両は、運転モードを自動運転モードまたは手動運転モードに切り替え可能であり、
前記車両システムは、
前記車両の破損の可能性が検出された場合、前記運転モードの情報を取得する第3取得部と、
前記障害物と接触した可能性があることを示す情報または前記故障情報と、前記運転モードの情報とにもとづいて、前記車両の破損に関する運転者の責任の有無を推定する推定部と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両システム。 - 前記車両の破損の可能性が検出された場合、当該車両の周囲の画像と車室内画像の少なくとも一方を撮像する撮像部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の車両システム。
- 前記特定部で特定された運転者の情報を端末装置に通知する通知部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の車両システム。
