Abstract
Description
[0013]次に、図に示された例示的な実施形態を参照する。
上式で、τは、CsPbBr3ナノシートの平均厚、Kは、典型値0.89のシェラー定数、λは、約0.154nmであるX線波長、βは、ラジアンで表した線広がり(line broadening)(半値全幅又はFWHM)、θは、ブラッグ角である。(110)ファセットの特性ピークをガウス関数に当てはめ、FWHMは2.71°(ラジアンでは0.047)であることが分かった。したがって、平均厚は約2.95nmであり、この値はHRTEMの結果とよく一致している。

[0071]図2は、本開示の1つ又は複数の実施形態に基づく、シンチレーション材料を製造する方法の流れ図である。図2に示されているように、この方法は、以下のステップのうちの1つ又は複数のステップを含むことができる:溶媒Aと溶媒Bとを含む混合物に第1の前駆体を溶解して、第1の反応混合物を形成するステップ201、溶媒Cと1種又は数種のリガンドとを含む混合物に過剰の第2の前駆体を溶解して、第2の反応混合物を形成するステップ202、第2の反応混合物を第1の反応混合物と接触させて、ハロゲン化物ペロブスカイトナノシートを形成するステップ203、このハロゲン化物ペロブスカイトナノシートを第1の反応混合物及び第2の反応混合物から分離するステップ204、このハロゲン化物ペロブスカイトナノシートを液体媒質に分散させて、コロイドシンチレーション材料を形成するステップ205、並びに、このコロイドシンチレーション材料を基板上に堆積させて、固体シンチレーション材料を形成するステップ206。
材料
[0089]試薬は全て無精製のものを使用した。臭化鉛(II)(PbBr2、99.999%微量金属ベース)、酢酸セシウム(CsAc、99.99%微量金属ベース)、オクチルアミン(OcAm、99%)、オクタン酸(OcAc、98%)、1−プロパノール(PrOH)及びn−ヘキサン(Hex、99%)、並びにトルエン(TOL、99.8%)はSigma−Aldrichから購入した。化学薬品は全てさらなる精製なしで使用した。
[0090]典型的な例では、Cs前駆体とPbBr2前駆体とを別々に調製し、PbBr2前駆体をCs前駆体に注入することによって反応を開始させた。最初に、室温の空気中で、20mLバイアルに入れた1−PrOH 1mLにCsAc 32mgを撹拌しながら溶解することにより、Cs前駆体溶液を調製し、続いてHex 6mL及び1−PrOH 2mLを加えた。次に、空気中で、1−PrOH 0.45mL、OcAc 0.45mL及びOcAm 0.45mLからなる90℃の混合溶液にPbBr2 245mgを強く撹拌しながら溶解することにより、PbBr2前駆体溶液を調製した。第3に、室温で、この高温のPbBr2前駆体をCs前駆体に強く撹拌しながら速やかに注入した。この系はすぐに緑色に変わり、反応は2分で完了した。4000rpmの遠心分離によってCsPbBr3 NCを分離し、ペレットをトルエン2mL中に分散させた。この合成は、20倍にスケールアップしても成功し、これにより1回の試行で約3グラムのCsPbBr3ナノシートを生成した。
[0091]光ルミネセンス及び吸収の定常状態測定のため、このように調製したナノ結晶をそれぞれn−ヘキサンで約100倍に希釈した。Cary 5000 UV−vis分光計(Agilent Technologies)を使用して、450nm〜700nmの範囲の吸収を測定した。FluoroMax−4蛍光分光光度計(Horiba Scientific、スリット幅2nm、走査速度500nm/分)を使用して、光ルミネセンススペクトルを記録した。CsPbBr3ナノ結晶に使用する励起波長は400nmに設定した。
[0092]小型X線源(AMPEK,Inc.)を装備したEdinburgh FS5分光蛍光光度計(Edinburgh Instruments Ltd.イギリス)により放射線ルミネセンスを得た。X線励起ルミネセンスの写真は、ディジタルカメラ(Canon 600D、EF−S 35mm f/2.8 IS STMレンズ付き)で撮影した。
[0093]Tecnai透過電子顕微鏡を使用して加速電圧120keVでTEM画像を撮影した。同じ機器を使用してHRTEM画像を撮影した。Gatan K2直接検出カメラを電子計数モード(分解能4k×4kにおけるカメラ計数フレームレート400fps(フレーム毎秒))で動作させることにより、低線量HRTEM画像を撮影した。分解能4k×4kにおける最終的な画像出力レートは40fpsであった。したがって、3秒の照射の結果、120の個別の画像フレームからなる1つの画像スタックを得た。信号対雑音比(SNR)を向上させるため、これらのフレームを合計した。
[0094]Bruker AXS D8回折計を使用し、Cu−Ka放射線(λ=1.5406Å)を用いて、粉末X線回折を実行した。試料は、清潔なガラススライド上にナノ結晶懸濁液をドロップキャスティングし、続いてそれを室温で乾燥させることによって調製した。
[0095]高分解能ストリークカメラ(Hamamatsu C10910)を使用して時間分解光ルミネセンス(TRPL)スペクトルを集めた。ポンプビームは、Spectra−Physics MaiTai eHP及びInspire HF−100 OPOの第二調波(410nm)を用いて発生させた。APE Pulse Selectパルスピッカを使用して、パルスビームの繰返し率を4MHzに選択した。測定は、励起フルエンス0.1nJ/cm2を使用して室温で実行した。
[0096]通常のタッピングモードで動作させたBruker AFM(モデル:Dimension Icon with ScanAsyst)でAFM画像を撮影した。
[0097]光電子増倍管(PMT GDB 44F)を使用することにより光収率を実行した。液体状態のCsPbBr3試料を、直径20mm×20mmの寸法を有するガラス瓶に入れ、ガラス瓶の底面を、シリコーングリースを使用してPMTによって結合した。この試料を、エネルギー662keVのγ線(137Cs源)によって励起させた。信号を整形増幅器(ORTEC 572A)及び多チャネル解析器(MCA)(ORTEC 926)に送り、最後にパーソナルコンピュータに送った。整形時間は2マイクロ秒に設定した。CsPbBr3試料の光収率を算出するため、5mmの立方体にカットしたCe:LuAG単結晶を標準試料として使用した。このCe:LuAG単結晶の光収率は18,000光子/MeV±1,500光子/MeVであった。このCe:LuAG試料も、CsPbBr3と同じ方法を使用して試験した。これらの2種類の試料は似た発光スペクトルを有するため、CsPbBr3の光収率は、それらの完全なエネルギーピークに対応するチャネル番号の比によって評価した。
[0098]CsPbBr3ナノシートは修正共沈法を使用して合成した。簡単に説明する。室温の周囲大気下で、過剰量のPbBr2前駆体を酢酸セシウム前駆体に注入した。すぐに、CsPbBr3ナノシートの形成を示す明るい緑色が出現した。従来、CsPbBr3ナノ結晶の精製工程では、貧溶媒(poor solvent)、例えば酢酸エチルを加えることによってコロイド安定性を崩す必要がある。このことは必然的に、粒子の激しい劣化を引き起こす。しかしながら、この実施例では、低速の遠心分離(<4000rpm)によって、極性溶媒を一切使用することなしにナノシートが容易に集められた。集められたナノシートは、トルエン中に、最高150mg/mLの高い濃度で分散させた。その結果得られたコロイドは、ふたをしたバイアルの中で1か月間、顕著な劣化なしに保管することができた(図3)。
[00103]積み重なったナノシート集合体の薄膜では、ドナー−アクセプター距離(r)が、小角XRD測定によって示された約2.3nmの平面間距離に等しかった。式(2)を使用することにより、CsPbBr3ナノシートのフェルスター距離(R0)は2.74nmであると算出された。本出願の出願人の知識の及ぶ限り、これは、ペロブスカイト量子ドット間のフェルスター距離の正確な測定の最初の報告である。
[00104]次に、CsPbBr3ナノシートのコロイド形態と固体形態の両方の形態の放射線ルミネセンス及び変換過程を調べた。図8A〜8Fの全体を参照されたい。図8Aに示されているように、濃厚コロイドは、X線励起下で明るい緑のルミネセンスを示した。続く薄膜も強い緑の放射線ルミネセンスを示したことは注目に値した(図9B)。実際には、大部分のペロブスカイトナノ結晶は、リガンド脱離によって誘起されるトラップ状態(trap state)のため、コロイド−固体変換の後、PLQYを危うくする傾向がある。例えば、リガンド損失のため、オレイン酸リガンドにつながれたCsPbBr3は、固化後に、その最初のPLQYを56%から18%に劇的に低下させる。しかしながら、この実施例では、積み重なったナノシートが最高63%の高いPLQYを維持した。これは主に、ナノシートにつながれたリガンドが集合体の中で十分に保護されたことによる。
Claims (20)
- X線を吸収し、可視光子を放出するシンチレーション材料であり、薄膜ハロゲン化物ペロブスカイト超構造として基板上に堆積したシンチレーション材料と、
前記シンチレーション材料によって放出された前記可視光子を吸収する検出装置と、
を備えるX線検出システム。 - 前記ハロゲン化物ペロブスカイト超構造が複数のハロゲン化物ペロブスカイトナノシートを含み、前記複数のハロゲン化物ペロブスカイトナノシートが、自己集合してハロゲン化物ペロブスカイトナノシートの積層を形成している、請求項1に記載のX線検出システム。
- 前記ハロゲン化物ペロブスカイト超構造がナノシート厚の不均一分布を含む、請求項1に記載のX線検出システム。
- 前記ハロゲン化物ペロブスカイト超構造が、薄いハロゲン化物ペロブスカイトナノシートと厚いハロゲン化物ペロブスカイトナノシートとを含む、請求項1に記載のX線検出システム。
- ハロゲン化物ペロブスカイトナノシートの前記積層内の前記薄いハロゲン化物ペロブスカイトナノシートと前記厚いハロゲン化物ペロブスカイトナノシートとの間のエネルギー移動が、前記シンチレーション材料のX線検出の効率及び感度を増大させる、請求項1に記載のX線検出システム。
- 前記ハロゲン化物ペロブスカイト超構造が式AMX3を有し、Aが無機カチオン又は有機カチオン、Mが金属カチオン、Xがハロゲン化物である、請求項1に記載のX線検出システム。
- 前記ハロゲン化物ペロブスカイト超構造が式CsPbX3を有し、XがCl、Br又はIである、請求項1に記載のX線検出システム。
- 前記シンチレーション材料が、約80cm2以下の面積を有する亀裂のない薄膜である、請求項1に記載のX線検出システム。
- 前記薄膜が、約5μm〜約25μmの範囲の調節可能な厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のX線検出システム。
- 放出される前記可視光子の波長が約410nm〜約700nmの範囲で調節可能である、請求項1に記載のX線検出システム。
- 液体媒質中に分散した複数のハロゲン化物ペロブスカイトナノシートを含む、
コロイドシンチレーション材料。 - 前記ハロゲン化物ペロブスカイトナノシートが式AMX3を有し、Aが無機カチオン又は有機カチオン、Mが金属カチオン、Xがハロゲン化物である、請求項11に記載のコロイドシンチレーション材料。
- 前記ハロゲン化物ペロブスカイトナノシートが式CsPbX3を有し、XがCl、Br及びIの中から選択された、請求項11に記載のコロイドシンチレーション材料。
- 前記液体媒質中に分散した前記ハロゲン化物ペロブスカイトナノシートの濃度が約150mg/mLである、請求項11に記載のコロイドシンチレーション材料。
- 前記コロイドシンチレーション材料の光収率が少なくとも約21,000光子/MeVである、請求項11に記載のコロイドシンチレーション材料。
- 前記複数のハロゲン化物ペロブスカイトナノシートが不均一なナノシート厚を特徴とする、請求項11に記載のコロイドシンチレーション材料。
- X線検出用の固体シンチレーション材料を調製する方法であって、請求項11に記載のコロイドシンチレーション材料を基板上にドロップキャスティングして、ハロゲン化物ペロブスカイト超構造を備えるシンチレーション材料を形成するステップを含む、方法。
- ハロゲン化物ペロブスカイト超構造の薄膜を含み、前記ハロゲン化物ペロブスカイト超構造が複数のハロゲン化物ペロブスカイトナノシートを含み、前記複数のハロゲン化物ペロブスカイトナノシートが、集合してハロゲン化物ペロブスカイトナノシートの積層を形成している、固体シンチレーション材料。
- 約72cm2の面積を有する亀裂のない薄膜である、請求項18に記載の固体シンチレーション材料。
