Abstract
Description
同構成によれば、ガイド部材を金属製のガイドピンとしたことで、ガイド部材に高い強度が得られるため、小径のネジを細いガイドピンにてガイドする小サイズの保持構造に適用した場合でも、締結作業を好適に実施することができる。
同構成によれば、ケースがネジよりも軟らかい材料からなるため、ネジが自由に進入しやすく斜め締結となりやすいが、ネジをガイド部材にてガイドすることで、斜め締結が回避されて高い接続信頼性が得られるようになる。つまり、斜め締結となりやすい状況を打破することができる。
(1)端子収容部22には、ネジ16の進入する方向を締結面23に対し垂直な上下方向に一致させるガイドピン25が設けられるため、ネジ16をガイドピン25に沿わせながら締結作業を行うことで、ネジ16の進入する方向を容易に上下方向に一致させつつ、斜め締結を回避することができる。よって、気遣い作業が緩和され、締結作業の作業効率を向上させることができる。
・ネジ16の進入する規定の方向は上下方向に限らず、ネジ挿入穴24の形成方向と一致する水平方向或いは斜め方向であってもよい。要するに、ネジ挿入穴24の形成方向に沿ってネジ16をガイドピン25にてガイドしつつ締結する構成であればよい。例えば、下から上に向かってネジ16を締結する構成であってもよい。
・ネジ16における筒状の軸部17の外面に形成されたネジ山を円滑に進入させることができる範囲で、ネジ16における筒状の軸部17の内面及び該軸部17の内部に挿入されるガイドピン25の外面の一方には、ネジ山が形成されていてもよい。
・車両に適用される端子の保持構造、及び配線モジュールに限定されない。

Claims (7)
- 端子をケースにネジで締結する端子の保持構造であって、
前記ケースには、前記ネジの進入する方向を規定の方向に一致させるガイド部材が設けられた端子の保持構造。 - 前記ネジは、外面にネジ山が形成された軸部を有し、
前記ケースには、前記軸部が挿入されるネジ挿入穴が形成され、そのネジ挿入穴の内面は、ネジ山の形成されていない平滑面である請求項1に記載の端子の保持構造。 - 前記ネジは、外面にネジ山が形成された筒状の軸部を有し、
前記ガイド部材は、前記ネジにおける筒状の前記軸部の内部に挿入されるガイドピンであり、同ガイド部材は、前記ネジ山の進入が開始される高さに位置する締結面よりも前記ネジの進入方向上流側にガイドピンの先端部が位置する高さを有した請求項1又は請求項2に記載の端子の保持構造。 - 前記ネジにおける筒状の前記軸部の内面及び該軸部の内部に挿入される前記ガイドピンの外面の少なくとも一方は、ネジ山の形成されていない平滑面である請求項3に記載の端子の保持構造。
- 前記ガイド部材は、金属製のガイドピンである請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の端子の保持構造。
- 前記ケースは、前記ネジよりも軟らかい材料からなる請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の端子の保持構造。
- 端子がケースにネジで締結された配線モジュールであって、
前記ケースには、前記ネジの進入する方向を規定の方向に一致させるガイド部材が設けられ、
前記端子には、該端子の接続先に弾性接触されて電気的に接続されるバネ部が設けられた配線モジュール。
