Abstract
Description
以下、本発明に係る電池システムを具体化した第1実施形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態の電池システム100は、車両に搭載されている。
以下、第2実施形態について、第1実施形態との相違点を中心に図4を参照しつつ説明する。図4に示すように、本実施形態では、電池モジュールMと監視部Kとが1対1で対応付けられている点で第1実施形態と異なる。具体的には、第1電池モジュールM1が、第1監視部K1に対応付けられており、第2電池モジュールM2が、第2監視部K2に対応付けられており、第3電池モジュールM3が、第3監視部K3に対応付けられている。
以下、第3実施形態について、第1実施形態との相違点を中心に図5、6を参照しつつ説明する。図5に示すように、本実施形態では、電池モジュールMと監視部Kとが1対1で対応付けられている点で第1実施形態と異なる。
なお、上記各実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施してもよい。
Claims (6)
- 複数の電池セル(22)が直列接続されてなる組電池(20)と、
複数の入力端子(CN1〜CN21)を有し、前記各電池セルの両端の端子電圧をそれぞれ入力する複数の監視部(K)と、を備え、
前記複数の監視部は、前記複数の入力端子のうち2つずつの入力端子の入力電圧により前記各電池セルの端子間電圧(VC)を取得する一方、前記複数の監視部のうち1つを除く各監視部又は全ての各監視部が、前記端子間電圧として電圧値が略ゼロであるゼロ電圧(VZ)を取得し、
前記複数の入力端子において、前記ゼロ電圧が取得される特定端子対(CTP)の位置及び数の少なくともいずれかを、前記監視部毎に異ならせておき、
前記各監視部は、前記特定端子対の位置及び数の少なくともいずれかに基づいて識別情報(ID)を生成する生成部(S36)を有する電池システム。 - 前記組電池では、2以上の前記電池セルを含む複数の電池モジュール(M)が接続部材(W)により直列接続されており、
前記特定端子対は、前記接続部材の両端に接続されており、
前記監視部は、前記接続部材の端子間電圧を前記ゼロ電圧として取得する請求項1に記載の電池システム。 - 前記各監視部は、前記接続部材よりも高圧側の前記電池モジュールと、前記接続部材よりも低圧側の前記電池モジュールとに接続されており、前記高圧側の前記電池モジュールから前記端子間電圧を取得する前記電池セルの個数と、前記低圧側の前記電池モジュールから前記端子間電圧を取得する前記電池セルの個数とを、前記監視部毎に異ならせることにより、前記特定端子対の位置を前記監視部毎に異ならせる請求項2に記載の電池システム。
- 前記特定端子対は、前記組電池における前記電池セルの接続部(PS)に共通接続されており、
前記各監視部では、前記端子間電圧を取得する複数の前記電池セルにおいて、最も高圧側又は最も低圧側の前記電池セルから、前記特定端子対が接続される前記接続部までに設けられる前記電池セルの個数を、前記監視部毎に異ならせることにより、前記特定端子対の位置を前記監視部毎に異ならせる請求項2に記載の電池システム。 - 前記各監視部では、取得する前記端子間電圧の個数が等しいとともに、前記端子間電圧を取得する前記電池セルの個数が異なり、前記電池セルの端子間電圧を取得しない端子対の全てが前記ゼロ電圧を取得することにより、前記特定端子対の数を前記監視部毎に異ならせる請求項2に記載の電池システム。
- 前記電池システムは、前記各監視部と通信可能な制御部(10)を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記監視部と前記識別情報とが対応付けられたマップが記憶される記憶部(14)と、
前記各監視部から前記識別情報を取得する識別情報取得部(S12)と、
前記マップを用いて、前記識別情報取得部により取得された前記識別情報に基づいて、前記識別情報が取得された前記監視部を識別する識別部(S14)と、を備える請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載の電池システム。
