Abstract
Description
この装置は、すなわち例えば金属粉末の、硬化可能な造形材料3から成る造形材料層を、レーザ光線によって漸次、層ごとに選択的に露光し、これに伴って硬化することにより3次元物体2を付加製造するように構成されている。
それぞれの選択的に硬化すべき造形材料層の選択的な硬化は、物体に関する造形データに基づいて行われる。相応の造形データは、それぞれ付加製造すべき物体2の幾何的なまたは幾何的・構造的な形態を表している。
アンパック装置4は、アンパックステーション1の不活性化可能な、または不活性化されたアンパックチャンバー8内に配置されている。
アンパックチャンバー8は、アンパックステーション1に属するハウジング構造(詳しくは符号をつけていない)の一部を形成することができる。
図1に示した例示的実施形態では、物体2が、この物体2を取り囲む造形材料3と共に、造形空間5内に、もしくは、アンパックステーション1内に移動した造形モジュール6の造形チャンバー内に配置されている。

Claims (1)
- 付加製造された3次元物体(2)を、付加造形工程の終了後に前記3次元物体(2)を取り囲む硬化してない造形材料(3)からアンパックするためのアンパック装置(4)において、
前記アンパック装置(4)が、少なくとも3つのロボット軸(A1〜A6)を有するロボット(7)、とりわけ産業ロボットとして形成されており、付加製造された3次元物体(2)を、付加造形工程の終了後に前記3次元物体(2)を取り囲む硬化してない造形材料(3)からアンパックするために構成された、少なくとも1つのアンパック工具(10)が、ロボット軸(A6)に配置もしくは形成されているか、または前記アンパック装置(4)が、前記ロボット(7)を少なくとも1つ含んでいる、
ことを特徴とする、アンパック装置(4)。
