Abstract
Description
Claims (23)
- 少なくとも1つの3次元(3D)印刷部品を製造する方法であって、
連続堆積層を追加することによって、回転している円筒状コアの直径を外向きに延在させるように連続的に構築することと、
前記少なくとも1つの3D印刷部品の断面に対応する前記連続堆積層内に第1のパターンを画定することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記第1のパターンが、光学デバイスによって前記連続堆積層内に画定され、前記光学デバイスが、前記連続堆積層上に200ナノメートル〜10マイクロメートルの波長のパターン化された光を投影することによって、前記第1のパターンを画定する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光学デバイスが、酸素透過性膜を通して前記第1のパターンを画定する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のパターンが、堆積プロセスによって前記連続堆積層内に画定され、前記堆積プロセスが、圧電式噴射印刷ヘッド、熱式噴射印刷ヘッド、押出式印刷ヘッド、及びエアゾールスプレーヘッドのうちの少なくとも1つによって実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記連続堆積層内の領域に第2のパターンを画定することを更に含み、前記第2のパターンが、前記少なくとも1つの3D印刷部品の断面に対応しない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のパターンが、前記第1のパターンの第1の材料とは異なる第2の材料から構築される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の材料が、活性材料を含み、前記第2の材料が、支持材料を含み、前記活性材料及び支持材料が、金属、金属合金、ポリマー、ゾル−ゲル、塩、ワックス、及びセラミックのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の材料が、抗焼結剤及び脱結着剤のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの3次元(3D)印刷部品を製造するための印刷システムであって、
シリンダ上に層を連続的に堆積させて前記シリンダの直径を外向きに延在させるように構成された堆積システムであって、前記層が、第1のパターンを含む、堆積システムと、
前記シリンダを回転させるように構成された回転システムと、
前記堆積システムを前記シリンダと同期させるように構成された制御システムと、を備える、印刷システム。 - 前記堆積システムが、前記シリンダに対して径方向に移動して前記回転シリンダの湾曲外表面上に前記層の第1部分を連続的に堆積するように構成された第1のサブシステムを備える、請求項9に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記堆積システムが、前記シリンダの直径に対して径方向に移動して前記回転シリンダの前記湾曲外面上に前記層の第2の部分を堆積するように構成された第2のサブシステムを備える、請求項10に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記第1の部分が、第1の材料を含み、前記第2の部分が、第2の材料を含む、請求項11に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記回転システムが、支持プレートを備え、前記シリンダの回転軸が、前記支持プレートに対して垂直であり、前記軸が、重力方向に平行に配向されている、請求項12に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記堆積システムが、前記第1のパターンを前記シリンダ上に連続的に堆積させるための噴射プロセスを使用し、前記噴射プロセスが、圧電式印刷ヘッド、熱式印刷ヘッド、及びエアゾールスプレーヘッドのうちの1つ以上を使用して実行される、請求項9に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記堆積システムが、3D印刷される活性材料を連続的に堆積させるように構成された第1のサブシステムと、支持材料を連続的に堆積させるように構成された第2のサブシステムと、を備える、請求項9に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記堆積システムが、3D印刷される活性材料を連続的に堆積させるように構成された第1のサブシステムと、抗焼結材料及び脱結着剤のうちの少なくとも1つを連続的に堆積させるように構成された第2のサブシステムと、を備える、請求項9に記載の印刷システム。
- 加熱要素を含む焼結サブシステムを更に備える、請求項9に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記印刷システムが、前記少なくとも1つの3D印刷部品の目標構造を、同心円状に円筒状及びらせん状の層に分解するように構成されている、請求項9に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記第1のパターンが、光学デバイスを介して画定される、請求項9に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記第1のパターンが、前記シリンダから前記少なくとも1つの3D印刷部品を含む複数の部品の除去を可能にする1つ以上の切断線を画定する、請求項9に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記層が、第2のパターンを含み、前記第2のパターンが、前記少なくとも1つの3D印刷部品の断面に対応しない、請求項9に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記堆積システムが、中間搬送ベルトを備え、前記回転シリンダの回転軸が、前記中間搬送ベルトと前記回転シリンダの外側曲面との間の前記層の搬送を維持するように動的に位置付けられている、請求項9に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記堆積システムが、複数のサブシステムを備え、前記層が、複数のパターンを含み、前記複数のサブシステムが、
前記回転シリンダの前記湾曲外面上に前記層の複数の部分を、前記回転シリンダの直径が前記複数のパターンに基づいて外向きに成長するように堆積するように構成され、前記複数の部分の少なくとも1つの一部分が、前記複数の部分の少なくとも1つの他の部分とは異なる材料を含む、請求項9に記載の印刷システム。
