Description
Claims (16)
- 患者の血管内に経皮挿入するための血管内血液ポンプ(1)であって、
− 血流入口(21)および血流出口(22)を有するポンプケーシング(2)と、
− 回転軸(10)の周りで回転可能であるように前記ポンプケーシング(2)内に配置された羽根車(3)であって、前記血流入口(21)から前記血流出口(22)へ血液を運ぶための大きさおよび形状となされた羽根(31)を有する羽根車(3)と、
− 前記羽根車(3)を回転させるための駆動ユニット(4)であって、前記回転軸(10)の周りに配置された複数の支柱(40)を含む、駆動ユニット(4)と、
を備え、
前記支柱(40)のそれぞれが、軸部分(41)および頭部分(42)を含み、前記頭部分(42)が、前記羽根車(3)の方を向き、前記支柱(40)のそれぞれの前記軸部分(41)の周りにコイル巻線(47)が配置され、前記コイル巻線(47)が、回転磁界を作り出すように連続的に制御可能であり、前記羽根車(3)が、前記羽根車(3)の回転をもたらすために前記回転磁界と相互作用するように配置された少なくとも1個の磁石(32)を含み、前記駆動ユニット(4)が、前記支柱(40)の前記頭部分(42)とは反対側の前記軸部分(41)の端部(44)に係合する背板(50)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、血液ポンプ(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記支柱(40)のうちの少なくとも1個の支柱(40)の前記頭部分(42)が、前記回転軸(10)に垂直な平面に対してある角度で傾斜した上面(43)を有することを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項2に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記回転軸(10)と径方向における前記傾斜面(43)の中心との間の距離が、前記回転軸(10)と径方向におけるそれぞれの前記支柱(40)の前記軸部分(41)の断面領域の中心との間の距離以下であることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項2または3に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記頭部分(42)のうちの少なくとも1個が、前記回転軸(10)を含む平面に沿った断面において実質的に三角形であることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記頭部分(42)の前記傾斜面(43)が、円錐面を形成することを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項5に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記羽根車(3)の前記少なくとも1個の磁石(32)が、前記支柱(40)の前記頭部分(42)によって形成される前記円錐面と大きさおよび形状が一致する円錐形の凹部(35)を画定することを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項2から6のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記羽根車(3)の前記少なくとも1個の磁石(32)が、前記支柱(40)の前記頭部分(42)に面しかつ前記頭部分(42)のうちの少なくとも1個の頭部分(42)の前記傾斜面(43)の前記角度と一致する角度(34)で傾斜している表面(33)を有することを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項2から7のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記角度が、約0°から90°の間、好ましくは約30°から60°の間、より好ましくは約45°であり、前記傾斜面(43)が、好ましくは径方向外方を向くことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記羽根車(3)が、少なくとも2個、好ましくは少なくとも4個、より好ましくは6個、さらに好ましくは8個の前記磁石(32)を備え、前記磁石(32)が、好ましくは径方向に延在する間隙(66)によって分離されることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記駆動ユニット(4)が、少なくとも2個、好ましくは少なくとも4個、より好ましくは6個、さらに好ましくは8個の前記支柱(40)を備えることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記頭部分(42)のそれぞれが、前記回転軸(10)に垂直な平面においてそれぞれの前記軸部分(41)よりも大きい断面寸法を有し、それぞれの前記コイル巻線(47)が、好ましくは、少なくとも径方向において前記頭部分(42)を越えて延在しないことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記背板(50)が、前記回転軸(10)の周りに配置されかつ前記軸部分(41)の前記端部(44)を受容する複数の開口(51)を備えることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記駆動ユニット(4)を包囲するハウジング(60)をさらに備えることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記駆動ユニット(4)が、好ましくは細長いピン(15)を受容するために、前記回転軸(10)に沿って延在する中央開口部(54)を有し、前記ピン(15)の軸方向端部表面が、前記羽根車(3)のための軸受面を形成することを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記駆動ユニット(4)が、前記ポンプケーシング(2)の内側に配置されることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、隣接した支柱(40)の前記頭部分(42)間に磁気を絶縁する材料が配置されることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
