前記内部空間に配された電力変換回路と、を備え、
前記内部空間に対して一方側(X1)から対向する前記ケースの特定壁部(20)は、互いに異なる外部のコネクタを接続するための複数のコネクタ開口部(200)を有し、
前記特定壁部に形成された複数の前記コネクタ開口部の少なくとも2つは、互いに異なる方向に開口している、電力変換装置(1)にある。
なお、特許請求の範囲及び課題を解決する手段に記載した括弧内の符号は、後述する実施形態に記載の具体的手段との対応関係を示すものであり、本発明の技術的範囲を限定するものではない。
電力変換装置の実施形態につき、図1〜図5を用いて説明する。
本実施形態の電力変換装置1は、内部空間を有するケース2と、ケース2の内部空間に配された電力変換回路と、を備える。
以後、本実施形態につき詳説する。
特定壁部20に形成された複数の前記コネクタ開口部200の少なくとも2つは、互いに異なる方向に開口している。それゆえ、特定壁部20に複数のコネクタ開口部200を形成しても、X1側から見た特定壁部20の面積が小さくなりすぎることを防止することができる。その結果、特定壁部20の強度を確保しやすく、これに伴いケース2全体の強度を確保しやすい。

- 内部空間を有するケース(2)と、
前記内部空間に配された電力変換回路と、を備え、
前記内部空間に対して一方側(X1)から対向する前記ケースの特定壁部(20)は、互いに異なる外部のコネクタを接続するための複数のコネクタ開口部(200)を有し、
前記特定壁部に形成された複数の前記コネクタ開口部の少なくとも2つは、互いに異なる方向に開口している、電力変換装置(1)。 - 前記特定壁部に形成された、互いに異なる方向に開口した複数の前記コネクタ開口部は、前記内部空間に配された一体の部品(3)の互いに異なる端子(325a、325b、325c)を前記ケース外に露出させている、請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記ケースは、複数のケース部材(21、22、23、24)を組み合わせてなり、前記特定壁部は、複数の前記ケース部材によって構成されており、前記特定壁部に形成された、互いに異なる方向に開口した複数の前記コネクタ開口部は、互いに異なる前記ケース部材に設けられている、請求項1又は2に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記特定壁部には、前記内部空間と前記特定壁部との対向方向(X)に開口する前記コネクタ開口部である第一開口部(201)と、前記対向方向に直交する方向(Z)に開口する前記コネクタ開口部である第二開口部と(202)が形成されており、前記特定壁部は、前記対向方向における前記内部空間側に凹む凹部(221a)を有し、前記第二開口部の少なくとも一部は、前記凹部内に配されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電力変換装置。
