更に、蓋板20は本体10の前面のみ配置しているが、加えて本体側面にも開口部を有して閉塞する蓋板を有する場合は、その蓋板に設けたパッキンに対しても同様に上記構成を適用することができる。

前記密着面の周囲全体或いは適宜部位には、前記密着面を延長した縁部が形成され、
当該縁部は蓋板方向に折り曲げ形成されて一定の突出量を有し、その端部を閉じた前記蓋板の裏面に当接可能とし、
前記縁部が前記蓋板の裏面に当接することで、前記密着面に密着した前記パッキンの厚みが所定量以下になるのが防止されることを特徴とするキャビネット。
