Claims (4)
- 数kHz以上の動作周波数領域で用いられる高周波用圧粉磁心のための軟磁性金属粉体であって、
質量%で、Si:3.0乃至8.0%を不可避的不純物とともに含む合金組成を有し、構成する多結晶の単一粒子について0.48kOeの直流磁界の印加前後での光学反射像の差分画像における最大輝度及び最小輝度に対する輝度比で与えられる輝度値変化率において30%以上であることを特徴とする軟磁性金属粉体。 - 保磁力Hcが5Oeよりも小であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の軟磁性金属粉体。
- 粒子径を63乃至75μmとする前記単一粒子の円形度が0.55以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の軟磁性金属粉体。
- 含有される酸素量が0.1wt%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のうちの1つに記載の軟磁性金属粉体。
